Dr. Barsoum was exceptional in explaining to me exactly what the problem appeared to be and what the course of treatment she would recommend. Her questions were thorough and she reviewed my other treatments at HSS to better understand my situation.

Dr Barsoum has taken the time to thoroughly explain findings, treatment options and recommendations. I'm in the midst of a journey but thus far she's been spot on!

Dr. Barsoum is WONDERFUL! I have been in her care since 2020. Since my 2022 accident, she has been terrific with helping me deal with my left shoulder pain. She comes up with solutions and plans of action. The staff is terrific as well. Both Tiffany and Nancy are great (schedulers). Nurse David does my intake in the Paramus, NJ, office, and he’s great as well - always friendly but also efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Barsoum.

Dr. Dena Barsoum has been my doctor for a long time and has improved my quality of life. I don't even feel her injections. She is super careful to explain any sensations (pinch and burn, you'll feel..., let us know if you feel....In fact, at this visit, the biggest physical feeling I had was a tickle from the marker when she marked the spots to be worked on!

Friendliness of my surgeon is completely irrelevant to me. What's relevant is whether she knows what she is talking about and is qualified to do the procedure. Also important: how thorough are her explanations and does she take time to answer my questions
