Pleasant staff at front desk. Techs were very solicitous and caring about my neck fusion and scoliosis. They provided pillows and supports fr my back. They already had all of that available when I entered the room. They obvious read my paperwork. Over and above. 🥰

the lone receptionist was clearly doing the best she could do handling the caseload of patients in the waiting room. she did not say hello - but "I'll get to you as soon as I can". It would have been nice to see a smile on her face, and a simple 'good morning'

My experience at this facility was absolutely wonderful. As soon as I walked in the lady sitting at the desk was very pleasant. She welcomed me in and signed me in in fact. When I went back the lady who did the dexa scan was so informative. I asked her a lot of questions and she was very, very polite and patient when answering. You should be proud of your staff there.
