Muriel performed my scan. She explained the process and asked if I had any questions as soon as we entered the room. She made sure I was comfortable and asked during the scan if I needed anything. When I got chilly, she gently placed warm blankets on me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We need more Muriel’s!

Great as always. CMI always seems to make patients feel welcome and appreciated and things seem to always go as scheduled. Small things, but important in this rush rush world.

This was my first experience with an MRI machine, and things worked out better then expected. The office staff was efficient and friendly, and the facility appeared well organized and efficient as well.
Had the MRI in a wide bore 3T device which wasn't bad, but the machine's NOISE level during the procedure was a bit disconcerting at times. Overall I can say the scan process was not as bad as I expected.

I’ve used another imaging lab for years. At my doctors office last year I needed an x-ray immediately. She sent me to Chesapeake imaging. I have been going there since. Everyone is so nice and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Chesapeake imaging.

They saw me very quickly for a “stat” CT scan. Was impressed with the friendly professionalism of all staff that I encountered. My doctor was calling me with the results by the time I got home.
