I really like your Imaging Center. Thank you so much for your kind and considerate staff as well. It is difficult to go through what I've been through. And with my husband sick as well. It is nice to know you are there when we need a caring place to visit.

Pleasant and professional. Couldn't tell where the nurse
gave an IV. No bruse of any sort. Nurse was extremely helpful during proceedure.

My appointment was on time and the nurse who did the mammogram was nice.
What I don’t appreciate are two in number. First, the number of reminders sent, too many. Secondly, and more importantly is the request to update information already in the system. Instead of asking you to repeat medical history, insurance info etc, ask if there are any changes/updates needed for previous users of the system.

I was a little nervous about having an MRI. Hadn’t done this before.
It was noisy, but not distressing and everybody they seem to be understanding and did a very good job.
I would recommend Chesapeake medical and imaging.

To the staff, radiology tech, and radiologist of Chesapeake Medical Imaging. Friday 6/20/25 330pm - you did a CT with oral contrast that revealed a surprising presentation of a ruptured appendix. You were decisive and compassionate. Much appreciated! Great job!!

Extremely impressed with the entire Easton team. Front desk quickly worked with my physician to correct error on orders. Techs explained all aspects of tests. Radiologist came in after tests to provide results. Would definitely use this facility again

Very welcoming, sensitive and professional. My tech, Emily, explained everything clearly and was patient with my questions. The scan procedure was managed flawlessly - even played my choice of music.

Thanks for the very quick response with the MRI report. I love Chesapeake Imaging! Each and every time I have been there every person that I interact with is friendly, interested, concerned and very helpful. You all are professional and very knowledgeable about each respective job. I feel like I am seen a true person, heard and helped with each visit. This is rare, as most places treat you as in object or number.
