I received conflicting information prior to my appointment re: prep I needed to do. Had I not sought clarification the day prior to the kidney ultrasound, I would have not been correctly prepared. The technician performing the actual procedure was professionally conducted, and I was kept informed of what was being done during the process.

We had a great experience yesterday. They took great care of our 93 year old mom. They explained in detail what the pet scan would entail and made sure we understood.

As a breast cancer survivor of 21 years I so appreciate Chesapeake Medical Imaging and their thorough care. My mammogram showed something and an ultrasound was done immediately to prove it was a cyst. So grateful the whole process of the mammogram and ultrasound only took 39 minutes!!

This is the second time I have written a compliment of your staff. In June 2023 I had the good fortune to be tended to by Emily. I was so impressed with her that CMI has become my choice for imaging. In this past year, you added a new Emily. I think you for hiring her! My compliments to whomever hired her! She is a joy, comfort and true blessing! It is both my hope an wish that you take the time and impress upon each of them job well done. They are special people and should be treated as such. I would also like to compliment the front end desk. They are kind, helpful and quick. One could ask for no more than that! Your choices are impeccable!

Thank you very much for this great letter. you have no idea how relieved I was. i just want you all to know that I frequently Give Lori very thorough breast exams and I also have not detected any lumps or bumps over the past year. Rest assure I will continue with her exams on a frequent basis and if I do detect anything I will immediately send her back for another mammogram. We both need to protect "THE GIRLS"- PT Husband

I have been comping to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for
several years. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have forgotten to bring a necessary referral from my Primary Doctor and the staff takes care of my forgetfulness by calling my Primary Doctor and arrange to have it faxed over to Chesapeake Medical so that the appointment can continue. Chesapeake Medical always follows up with me after the appointment with the results.
I always get reminders from Chesapeake regarding a follow up appointment and for the annual exam.
I highly recommend Chesapeake Medical Imaging.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Check in was quick. The technician doing the MRI explained everything and was super nice. From check in time to MRI completion about 40 minutes. Will go back here again.

I had my first mammogram and my tech made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and made me feel so comfortable. And she was so efficient I was in and out within 10 minutes. Easiest test I’ve had. I have gone to the Easton location for several tests and they are always so kind and supportive. I highly recommend the Easton location.
