Music in the reception area is pleasant and very calming.
Stephanie was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and she was very welcoming upon my arrival. In these days of angry and unpleasant folks in healthcare, Stephanie was and is a breath of fresh air and restored my fait in medical facilities.

Referred from Def Highway location. Needing metal suppression- waited less than 5 min. Desk was also friendly. Pam who did my CAT scan was great! Personable, professional, warm, and caring. Would defiantly come again!

Excellent from beginning to end! It took less than 10 minutes to make my appointment! Extremely accommodating. Office was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Unlike my experience with the other imaging facility! That company gave me nothing but stress! Refusing to make my appointment w/o prior authorization, that wasn't needed. Was unable to get me in in a timely matter as needed for an emergency health issue! I will only use Chesapeake Medical Imaging from now on! Thank you.

I had a testicular sonogram. The sonographer was patient, polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. She was comforting and explained what she was doing each step along the way. I am just waiting for the results.

GREAT. I arrived early. My test began early. I didn't know what to expect. My CT scan was quick and painless. My technician was Pam. She took her time to explain to me in great detail what she was about to do and how the scan worked. I give them a score of 10 out of 10.

After waiting 10 minutes, my technician took me to the CT area where I was prepped, the test administer, and I was out in another 15 minutes. I believe the technicians name was Pam. Friendly, professional. She deserves a raise.

The lady who did my CT scan was wonderful. She was very friendly, kind and considerate. Although I have had several CT scans in the past she explained the process and was very reassuring. Great experience!

This is the second time I have been here to get an ultrasound of my thyroid. Tech Jen did my US. She was
very thorough examining my neck. She explained what she was doing. I wanted to be at the same radiology office so both of my ultrasounds could be compared.
I recommend this facility.

The radiation tech was so intelligent. He asked me questions about my CT Scan request and went a step further by contacting my PCP office to verify and he saved me from a needless 2nd CT w/o contrast which would’ve given me another dose of radiation. I am very grateful to him. The entire procedure went seamlessly.

Always a great experience. I have forgotten my technician name but he was great. I have had him twice for both PETSCANS. He’s always courteous, cares about how I feel and takes great care of me. I get all my imaging done here.

It was a great experience. Easy to make an appointment, no wait, and the technician was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam! I also was able to get my results quickly on their patient portal. I highly recommend Chesapeake Imagaing on Bestgate Road!
