Friendly, professional staff. Very nice facility, tho the waiting room is way too small. Only 5 chairs and patients waiting are in very close proximity to one another.

I received a Pet scan at Chesapeake Imaging on 4/10/24 and the entire process went well. I appreciated the fact that my Attendant initially explained the process me.

I’m claustrophobic, so really was apprehensive about my MRI. The technician did an outstanding job of helping me relax and taking care of me through every step of the procedure! I came out happy and upbeat, a totally unexpected experience.

Got an appt. 1/2 hour after being contacted. Office staff was polite and professional. Tech staff was outstanding as usual. Another A+ experience.

Ultrasound administered on time. I think technicians should explain the procedure before or as they work. It might put patient's mind at ease with unfamiliar procedures. My techs explained everything after I asked questions. I did not expect them to reveal results, but I liked knowing what they were looking for and how they were doing it.

Initial contact was being greeted by a pleasant receptionist. Then the tech came out and the entire interaction with her and the department was very warm and comforting. Though I have done this procedure several times, I still get apprehensive and tech was very patient and kind. Walked me through everything and never felt rushed. This is the 3rd time I've used this group in Annapolis and have no apprehensions about returning. I actually prefer this group over other imaging centers.

From the beginning the receptionist was friendly. The medical technician was outstanding. place me in a private room in a recliner, provided a blanket if I was cold. Very calming and informative. He explained every detail of the procedure. When it was time for my injection and he inserted the IV there wasn't the slightest pin prick. I have donated to Red Cross and blood banks and this was absolutely amazing.

I have used CMI four times in the past month. They have always been professional, courteous, and on schedule. My doctors have always been pleased with the quality of the ex-rays and CT scans.

Would highly recommend Chesapeake over Luminis health imaging. Luminis guidelines for abdominal ultra sound require no fat in diet for 24 hours but have no specifics. Thank you

This location is the most efficient, well-run imaging center I have ever seen. I was seen on time and everything went smoothly. Ricardo was excellent. He explained the procedure well, was patient and good technique on the IV! Thank you!
