No waiting with a calm and quiet office.

Being claustrophobic, I was very nervous about my shoulder MRI, but Steve was very patient and helpful. He gave me blanket, blindfold for my eyes, put on music of my choice, and constantly talked to me during the process. Thanks Steve.

Steve made me completely comfortable, in body positioning and MRI (I'm claustrophobic) He explained the procedure to me and gave me choice of positions. Lizbeth was both friendly and courteous when we arrived. At the end, I was given a CD with my images.

EXCEPTIONAL! From check-in through the imaging process... Excellent customer service all around. The technician kept checking on me, explaining how long each segment of the imaging would take, and making sure I was OK the entire time. I was greeted with a smile and genuine warmth when I walked in the door to check-in. I will use this facility for all my imaging needs going forward. The service is unmatched.

The MRI/ CAT Tech (Steven) is PHENOMEMAL this is the only location I will go to. And if you have any issues with claustrophobia their MRI machine is 1 of the largest w/o having to wait 2+ weeks to get an Appmt for an "open MRI machine!!!!

From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed. It was spic and span clean and very welcoming. All the staff were very professional and, frankly, delightful. Their focus was on making me comfortable - more than any other radiology office I've ever been to. I highly recommend them.

Steve is so kind, dear, helpful, smart and just all around blessed. In todays world this is not common place. Wow, what a gem! Great Job Chesapeake Medical Imaging. I have had my share of scans and Steve was the best I have ever had.

Excellent facility in every way. They worked to get me in quickly. The receptionist was pleasant and capable. Steve, who did my MRI was exceptional. He was appropriate but also used humor to relax me. He explained exactly what would happen and talked to me periodically while in the machine to reassure me and let me know length of each study. He was kind, sympathetic and capable. He was very careful with me knowing I was in pain and never made me feel rushed. I would recommend this facility wholeheartedly

This facility is great. I’ve used them time before and the staff is friendly and very patient. However, this time (May 22, 2023), I did think the person who was actually performing the test was a bit rough pull me up from the machine and lifting my head up. But I would still go back if needed.

The staff at Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Maple Lawn were phenomenal! Steve in particular was very attentive and thorough, making sure to communicate during the MRI and put me at ease during the procedure. So grateful to have had such a good experience here.

Absolutely the best!!! I had bad anxiety and the staff was outstanding. He was very caring & understanding. Made me feel at east the entire 30 minutes. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Won’t ever use another facility. Maple Lawn is amazing.

I was warmly greeted by Ashley at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable and checked me in quickly and efficiently. My MRI technologist Steve was the gold standard and I’m truly grateful I was under his guidance. He was very patient, calming, and walked me through my MRI test. My MRI testing took over an hour and with his support I was able to successfully and calmly complete my testing. I highly recommend the Maple Lawn location!

After a nightmare experience with another local radiology group (office staff, prior authorization, etc), I was lucky enough to find Chesapeake Medical Imaging - a 180 from the other company! From the scheduling to the actual mri, it couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend this group!
