Being claustrophobic, I was very nervous about my shoulder MRI, but Steve was very patient and helpful. He gave me blanket, blindfold for my eyes, put on music of my choice, and constantly talked to me during the process. Thanks Steve.

Steve made me completely comfortable, in body positioning and MRI (I'm claustrophobic) He explained the procedure to me and gave me choice of positions. Lizbeth was both friendly and courteous when we arrived. At the end, I was given a CD with my images.

EXCEPTIONAL! From check-in through the imaging process... Excellent customer service all around. The technician kept checking on me, explaining how long each segment of the imaging would take, and making sure I was OK the entire time. I was greeted with a smile and genuine warmth when I walked in the door to check-in. I will use this facility for all my imaging needs going forward. The service is unmatched.

The MRI/ CAT Tech (Steven) is PHENOMEMAL this is the only location I will go to. And if you have any issues with claustrophobia their MRI machine is 1 of the largest w/o having to wait 2+ weeks to get an Appmt for an "open MRI machine!!!!

From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed. It was spic and span clean and very welcoming. All the staff were very professional and, frankly, delightful. Their focus was on making me comfortable - more than any other radiology office I've ever been to. I highly recommend them.
