From the start, it was a great experience. The sonographer was very professional, and Dr. Duckett followed up with an in-depth description of the procedure. Dr, Duckett is an excellent doctor and I enjoyed discussing my results with her.

The nurse was soft spoken polite and courteous. Made sure I was comfortable as could be considering my boob was being smushed. Explained everything as she was going along. She is a keeper.

I went in for an unscheduled x-ray, it was fairly busy for about 10:30-10:45 AM, but Idid not wait long. Everyone was so nice and things from start to finish was smooth, easy and went quickly. They took into consideration my pain and was very patient and gentle and they did not rush things. I've been going there for about 15 years (?) and things have always been great! I highly recommend this place.

The staff is sooo friendly helping me through the process. The gown they had me put was warmed up, which was nice! One catch I found was they offered spray antiperspirant in the changing room that scored a 0/100 for safety on the app I use to scan things I put on my body... Seemed very oxymoronic to offer a substance that has SO MANY chemicals linked to clogging pores and causing cancer. I was obviously able to chose not to use it, so I still give the place 5 stars.
I had to go back for a follow up when they found something and back again when they advised me to take an even deeper look. I had the same technician/assistant for all three visits, which really helped me feel taken care of. They're so genuine, friendly and professional.

I've used this location (Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD) multiple times and its always be pleasant. From the girls at the front desk (sorry I didn't get their names) to Jeremy who got me ready for the MRI, to Amanda the MRI tech.... everybody was great and tried to put me at ease. That's why I'll continue to use this particular location.
