Love the standard of excellence and pleasant, helpful, and professional staff. From check in staff, technicians to Dr. Duckett. I come to this location because Dr. Duckett and a wonderful staff is here. The entire staff is outstanding. So it is hard to single anyone out.

I drive over an hour to get there. It is Excellent! Friendly knowledgeable staff! Both clinically, taking time to answer questions & making sure I understood, calming fears. And financially, Assisting with ins. coverage, copays, deductibles & setting up payments plans. Love the website too! Soo easy to maneuver! Set up appts, preregistration & setup payment plan. My only wish is, that there was a breast center North of Baltimore.

My experience was good from the phone appt. person's pleasant voice and attention to detail to the check in and procedure. Rhonda was considerate and helpful and explained it all. My only complaint is that the restroom could have been cleaner, with grimy baseboards and corners. However the fixtures were clean. Results were available very quickly and i appreciated that.

I went early 8 am +- ,had ID,insurance card , photo ID ready, waited 2 minutes,X-Ray ( 1 shoulder) 10+- minutes…fast and professional!

X-ray Scheduling was quick and easy, and I got an appointment the same day that my doctor put in the script. The actual appointment was likewise quick and easy, with a very short wait time.

Very much appreciated you being open today with the inclement weather. However, when told to get here 15 minutes early for 8am appt and several people including an elderly couple are at the door to be let in 5-10 minutes before 8 and can see employees the right thing is to let them in to the waiting room and not make them wait in the cold.

RN was wonderful. Explained everything and made me comfortable throughout. She was aware of my next appointment in another location and while we needed to wait for meds to act, she had the testing completed in plenty of time having wasted no unnecessary time.
