I absolutely love this center and all of the staff. I have never had a negative experience here and today has been no exception. It is hard to single out one staff member. Everyone was professional, helpful and pleasant.

Highest marks on whole MRI experience!
Courteous staff who worked with me to make my experience comfortable. Very helpful staff in helping me get positioned correctly being aware of my somewhat restricted agility. Very friendly throughout visit. Can’t really imagine how they could have done better!

2nd time at this location for an MRI over 2-3 year period of treatment for cancer.
Staff was professional and considerate. Partially "Open" MRI was used. Not as comfortable as previous visit, but no issues to report.
Findings were promptly sent to requesting Dr's office, in the rime it took to have some lunch and go to Dr.'s scheduled appointment.
Perhaps a coincidence, but the scan made the DR's visit much more productive for my treatment.

The wait was wonderfully short. I only read a page of my book. I'm a fast reader. The techs were great. The procedure fast. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Since my husband was waiting in the car, this was especially delightful. Everything when at an A rating. Also when I called to make the appointment, it was done in 3 minutes. The last place that I went to, I left messages for 2 weeks without a call back. Switching was convoluted but so worth it. This is our place.

I pre-checked in online for a dexa scan. The scan was completed within minutes of my arrival. The front desk and technician were professional and kind. The results were sent to my physician in a timely fashion.
