Staff was attentive and understanding—I mean who enjoys being stuck in a tube (MRI). BTW, the wide-bore MRI was a breeze! Highly recommend Chesapeake Med Imaging.

I received exceptional service at the Towson location. Front desk personnel was pleasant. The technician explained the MRI and asked if I had any questions. The MRI was 90 minutes and I listed to Michael Buble during the service.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, reasonable wait times, clean, great service. I forgot to get a cd of my scans and I called and they got it done before my other appt. Really appreciate all their consideration and help.

I was a walk-in patient, and was immediately helped. After registering and completing the "new patient" forms, I was told that someone will be out to get me. That happened and I was leaving the office within an hour. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

It was an easy 2 MRI procedure. Clean facility. I highly recommend here. Renee was very helpful she informed me in all steps. All other staff were very helpful.

The tech was incredibly professional while remaining caring during a very difficult procedure. I’m grateful for her kindness and expertise. She walked me through every step that I would have to go through before bringing me back and then gently walked me through again as the procedure was happening from start to finish. This enabled me to know what to expect and what was expected of me. I felt safe and respected.

This is a professional and efficiently run business. The staff was exceptionally accommodating since the Patient First Dr wanted a CT scan of my head/face after a bad fall. The office was immaculate and I was assured the results of the scan would be sent to the ordering Dr asap. Thank You.

For years I dreaded getting brain MRI which I have to do annually because I was traumatized at another radiology vendor until one year I went to Chesapeake imaging at Bellona for a leg MRI and Renee took the time to show me the MRI machine and showed me that she would put a mirror for me to see the outside of the machine. This have made my experience so much pleasure along with my music of choice! Recently I had a brain MRI and cervical MRI and the mirror set up was not effective and I had some anxiety but Renee and another staff member were so nurturing and caring! I will recommend Chesapeake imaging to anyone who needs a MRI!

This place is amazing. First, I called another company who couldn't see me for a week but Chesapeake Medical Imaging was able to see me the next day (I didn't contact them until 5 pm). The staff were so friendly and quick to start. I had very LITLLE wait time (less than 5 mins). I highly recommend Chesapeake Medical Imaging for all your imaging needs!!

My doctor ordered a STAT CT scan. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment that very afternoon. The staff at CMIT were all friendly and professional. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way, and sent the results to my doctor quickly and I had a diagnosis and treatment plan by the end of the day.
