The front desk staff was welcoming and provided a good feeling that this might be an office that treats people well. The medical assistant and was so friendly and helpful with a positive personality. She helped ease my worries and really started our appointment off with feeling confident that we made the correct choice coming here. . The Dr was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand the problem with my shoulder. He talked to both my wife and I and answered all of our questions. And helped us both understand the options we have for both short and long term treatment. His kindness and respect will not be forgotten. After a frustrating appt with another dr that caused me to put off making an appointment for my shoulder for over 3 years, we left confident that this time we made the correct choice in healthcare and are comfortable knowing we now have a place to go for treatment as needed.. The personality and professionalism of the entire office is remarkable.

Dr. Chen is such a good doctor and an amazing listener—always taking the time to really hear you out. I’ve noticed how calm and patient they are, making you feel comfortable right away. They don’t rush, which makes a huge difference when you’re sharing something important. It’s clear they genuinely care about understanding your concerns and figuring things out together. Having someone like that in your corner makes everything feel so much easier.

Dr. Santrock is exceptional. Clearly reasoned approach to what he proposes. Takes the time to explain everything thoroughly to patient's satisfaction. Very, very pleased to have Dr. Santrock as my physician and surgeon.

My visit to new office was a pleasant experience- everyone was friendly - smiles everywhere!
Dr Mark Floyd listened to my concerns/ and treated the immediate concern ( most painful arthritic finger ) treated and made recommendations.
He was most caring - friendly - felt like I’d been seeing him for years - this was my first .
A standard that others could use - exceeded my expectations .

The office staff was friendly and professional. Even though I arrived early for my appointment, I was seen right away. The doctor patiently listened to my concerns, and then discussed a plan of action, which I agreed with. A follow-up appointment was scheduled.
