Everything! It's a clean office easy to access super fast service. I was able to see the nurse for initial evaluation, the doctor x-rays, and a shot in less than 30 minutes as compared to the VA and TRICARE process which took months and numerous failed attempts. This was amazing.

Dr. Chen was wonderful. Very attentive and easy to talk to. He explained a potential surgery I’m going to have in detail and showed me different techniques on the computer. I did not feel rushed at the appointment as many doctors do.

I absolutely LOVE everything about Baptist, period. Never have seen upset employees, doctors and nurses. Your office is the same. And you can tell when people aren't being 100% with you, put no effort into helping you. The exact opposite is true of your front desk and MAs; like it was baked in their cake! Your physicians take time with you, listen, explain clearly, are simply human, too; treating others as they would want to be treated. It take an extra hour more than my lunch break to come to an appointment. I work 35 minutes, one-way, from you. And that's not including the time needed for my visit, but I come to you here each time, because my piece of mind is worth so much more.
