Friendly caring staff and clean office.
My first visit was informative and caring.
Dr Santrock spoke with me not at me. He looked me in the eyes when he spoke and made me feel listened to and really cared about. He gave me real solutions for my issue and there was follow up immediately with equipment for my ankle, directions for my treatment and a referral for my PT.
This practice did NOT disappoint. Thank you

The newly redesigned offices are beautiful, the woman checking me in was friendly and professional, the xray technician was very personable and competent, and Dr. Floyd asked me about the problems associated with my shoulder, listened carefully and prescribed an intervention protocol. I highly recommend Dr. Floyd for your orthopedic needs.

Dr Madzunovic was wonderful. He was patient, straightforward in his assessment of my situation, and kindhearted about making sure I understood what he was saying. He even came back to the treatment room at my request … to answer a couple more questions I had. He returned and answered my questions like that was a normal occurrence. He genuinely wanted me to understand all my options before I left his office. It is wonderful to feel like a person and not a project … even in the office of a busy doctor.
I would highly recommend Dr Madzunovic in the future. He is a man on wisdom, compassion, and integrity.

They staff was pleasant and organized. There were no long delays between check in and seeing the doctor. Also, prep time for the steroid shots to my knees was minimal. I was finished in less than an hour.

The office staff was efficient and courteous. There was very little wait time to be seen. Dr. Chen performed a thorough exam and reviewed my history. A clear plan of care was communicated. All my questions were addressed during the visit. The environment was clean and well organized.
