Each person I have had contact with in this office has been very helpful and pleasant.
I came to this office because of a shoulder injury that required surgery and was very happy with how things were explained and how quickly things progressed. And I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my surgery after almost 3 weeks.
I have a long way to go with therapy, but I am positive I made the right choice coming to Dr. Mahon for my surgery.
For the first time, I used the online service to ask a question about my medication, and it was answered very quickly, which I appreciate.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this office!

The staff is friendly and professional. There's just a pleasant atmosphere from the front office staff, MA's and doctors. I feel like my concerns are taken seriously and I like how the physicians take the time to go over things. So far I have had good experiences each time I went there.

Dr. Mahon and staff were excellent. From first visit to 12 weeks post op, I couldn’t ask for a better team of doctors, nurses and staff. Total shoulder replacement anf I have everything I asked for, full range of motion and no more pain. And that Baptist Clay hospital is AWESOME!!! You never wish to go to the hospital, but if you do make it a Baptist one!
