My doctor Dr. MAHON and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and kindness. They listen to your concerns and act on them. I wouldn't go to anyone else with any orthopedic issues

Everyone is so friendly! Dr [last name] and Dr Mahon are amazing and they take their time with you and help you weigh out all the options. Kourtney is amazing as well, she is VERY prompt with paperwork that patients may need and responds in a timely manner if you send a message in the portal. I’m very happy I chose this office for my orthopedic needs and recommend them to anyone I can ;)

I like the friendly and professional atmosphere of the whole office, from check in to check out. The Doctors are also personable and have such a calming bedside manner. They really make you feel heard and that put me at ease with trusting them with my care.

These types of Doctors are far and few between as with Clay Orthopedics you get that personal feeling as you are treated like your part of one big family. Dr. Mahon is an extremely passionate surgeon and honestly cares about his patients. He will spend as much time with you and answer any questions and give you his medical and personal opinion.His assistant Courtney is awesome as well as she responds back to MyChart portal within a day and is always making sure Dr Mahon patients are taken care of. Compassion and empathy are the best 2 words to describe this office. Thank you all for helping me through a difficult time.
