The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was kind and explained my injury options so that I could understand. I was not pushed to have surgery, which I am grateful for. I appreciate the fact that I was given many options that I could choose from. Thank you!

The facility was very clean and pleasant. I was able to see my doctor with little delay. He was very thorough and explained everything from my MRI. He formulated a plan and executed it very quickly. The office was able to forward my referral to physical therapy within 24 hours. Great patient care!

Very professional while being so easy to relate to. Answered my questions, and offered interm alternative solutions while waiting on final recommendations. Was impressed that it wasn't just a rush to surgery.

Dr. Floyd had a great bedside and remained for all the questions. He put us at ease very quickly. Everyone in the office was super nice and not dismissive while I was experiencing some significant pain.

The entire staff is wonderful from the receptionists to the nurses and x-ray techs. Finally, my surgeon, Dr. Floyd was top notch. He did a fantastic job from my initial consultation right down to my surgery and follow up. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

The newly redesigned offices are beautiful, the woman checking me in was friendly and professional, the xray technician was very personable and competent, and Dr. Floyd asked me about the problems associated with my shoulder, listened carefully and prescribed an intervention protocol. I highly recommend Dr. Floyd for your orthopedic needs.
