The newly redesigned offices are beautiful, the woman checking me in was friendly and professional, the xray technician was very personable and competent, and Dr. Floyd asked me about the problems associated with my shoulder, listened carefully and prescribed an intervention protocol. I highly recommend Dr. Floyd for your orthopedic needs.

New medical group to the Island, especially Orthopedics' are most welcome. Dr. Floyd was bright, interested in me as a person and quick with a "come back". I hope his diagnosis on my right shoulder is accurate and I will not need surgery after a round of physical therapy.

This was my first time visiting this office. The staff was very friendly and put me at ease. The nurse who admitted me,the ex ray technician and Dr. Floyd were easy to talk to. I also liked the fact that I was in and out quickly and the doctor listed to my concerns and offered suggestions.

Everyone is so efficient. Joey always replies in a timely manner with questions or concerns on MyChart and Jill is always so helpful at the front desk and smiling. Dr. Floyd is absolutely the best. He listens to your concerns, recommends conservative treatments options first and allows you to be part of your treatments options. I couldn’t of asked for a better orthopedic doctor for my shoulder .. PS Dr. [last name] is amazing for your foot and ankle..I couldn’t leave him out.
