The front desk staff was welcoming and provided a good feeling that this might be an office that treats people well. The medical assistant and was so friendly and helpful with a positive personality. She helped ease my worries and really started our appointment off with feeling confident that we made the correct choice coming here. . The Dr was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand the problem with my shoulder. He talked to both my wife and I and answered all of our questions. And helped us both understand the options we have for both short and long term treatment. His kindness and respect will not be forgotten. After a frustrating appt with another dr that caused me to put off making an appointment for my shoulder for over 3 years, we left confident that this time we made the correct choice in healthcare and are comfortable knowing we now have a place to go for treatment as needed.. The personality and professionalism of the entire office is remarkable.

My visit to new office was a pleasant experience- everyone was friendly - smiles everywhere!
Dr Mark Floyd listened to my concerns/ and treated the immediate concern ( most painful arthritic finger ) treated and made recommendations.
He was most caring - friendly - felt like I’d been seeing him for years - this was my first .
A standard that others could use - exceeded my expectations .

Professional staff. Doctor Floyd was very good at informing me of exactly what was going on with my shoulder and what my options are. It was worth the drive from Jacksonville beach to meet with him. Highly recommended.

Dr. Floyd was very kind and professional. He took his time and answered all of my questions while providing a clear plan of action for my needs. He was not rushed and was very detailed in explaining how he would proceed for me to have a full recovery. His assistant, Ms. Joey, was also very kind and professional as well. She has communicated with me after my visit in an expeditious manner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was kind and explained my injury options so that I could understand. I was not pushed to have surgery, which I am grateful for. I appreciate the fact that I was given many options that I could choose from. Thank you!

The facility was very clean and pleasant. I was able to see my doctor with little delay. He was very thorough and explained everything from my MRI. He formulated a plan and executed it very quickly. The office was able to forward my referral to physical therapy within 24 hours. Great patient care!

Dr. Floyd had a great bedside and remained for all the questions. He put us at ease very quickly. Everyone in the office was super nice and not dismissive while I was experiencing some significant pain.

The entire staff is wonderful from the receptionists to the nurses and x-ray techs. Finally, my surgeon, Dr. Floyd was top notch. He did a fantastic job from my initial consultation right down to my surgery and follow up. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
