The Atmosphere at MD Anderson is upbeat and positive. EVERY staff member greets you if they are not with a client. They smile and you feel very welcome. Drop off, parking and pick-up is very easy. Our Dr and his team are absolutely OUTSTANDING! The building is very clean and well-cared for. That reassures us that we will also be well-cared for!

Both Dr. Wilson and PA [last name] are both so professional and caring - along with being extremely knowledgeable about how to address my cancer. I appreciate their thoroughness each time we've met with them. The tech who took vitals, etc. was also very sweet and professional. All around great experiences with orthopedic oncology - THANKS!!!

Dr.Wilson took his time answered all of our questions. Did not try and rush out very caring and understanding. Gave us the all the possible scenarios as to what we were going to do. Or needed to be done. Gave my wife and I us a game plan to work with.

Dr. Wilson is an excellent surgeon with a high degree of compassion. My surgery was very successful and a recent follow up appointment with xray showed the rod inserted in my femur has successfully stabilized the femur.

Our Medical Team has been outstanding from the first day we entered the facility. Dr. Wilson is extremely knowledgable and provides the pertinent information needed to understand the medical situation and he always provides a detailed plan for addressing what he sees. We appreciate his straightforward approach and have always left each appointment feeling that we are in very capable hands. Malisa has always been there to answer any questions, provide us with information when we asked questions and provided us with reading when we wanted to learn more. She was extremely responsive with messages on the portal and went the extra mile to calm a very nervous wife and provide concrete actions to keep the patient safe at home. Robert spent so much time with us at the beginning of this recent situation by talking us through what steps needed to be taken and following through with office staff to make sure all went smoothly. We are truly impressed with the entire team - from the receptionists, schedulers...they all took our needs seriously and did everything they could to assist us. We are not sure if we will ever be able to thank them enough for the expert care we are receiving.
