Through many surgeries and procedures I have to say my experience at MD Anderson was the best. From my first visit to the last, it could not have been any better. Traci [last name] was amazing at getting my surgery scheduled and making sure I had all the details as to where to go and when. Dr. Wilson was highly recommended by my Physical Therapist and now I know why. I appreciate the fact that I didn't have to sit in an exam room for over an hour waiting for him, and that he was on time with my surgery, unlike the last doctor that left me waiting for three hours! Not only did I feel confident in his surgical skills, Dr. Wilson took time to listen to me and answer my questions. He also has a pleasant bedside manner, which can make all the difference in the world when you're facing surgery or having health issues.

Professionalism was outstanding. Everything was well organized and easy to navigate for a first time patient. Entire staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. Wait time at each department was minimal (a factor not often seen in most medical practices these days).
