Was confident in Dr Chen. Found him friendly and willing to answer all questions. My son in North Carolina joined us by phone and Dr. had no problem including him in our conversation. Office staff was also friendly. The fellow got up and opened the door for me as I struggled with my walker. Overall, I came home feeling choosing Baptist Orthopedics was definitely the right choice for me.

Dr. Chen was wonderful. Very attentive and easy to talk to. He explained a potential surgery I’m going to have in detail and showed me different techniques on the computer. I did not feel rushed at the appointment as many doctors do.

The staff is efficient and attentive. It's well organized. Dr. Chen is terrific -- explains the situation and prognosis well. He is focused on the patient and also includes the caregiver in his explanations. He is very kind.
