I liked the very polite staff and the clean, spacious office. Not to mention, Dr. Chen was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice.

Dr. Chen was wonderful. Very attentive and easy to talk to. He explained a potential surgery I’m going to have in detail and showed me different techniques on the computer. I did not feel rushed at the appointment as many doctors do.

The staff is efficient and attentive. It's well organized. Dr. Chen is terrific -- explains the situation and prognosis well. He is focused on the patient and also includes the caregiver in his explanations. He is very kind.
