The staff is efficient and attentive. It's well organized. Dr. Chen is terrific -- explains the situation and prognosis well. He is focused on the patient and also includes the caregiver in his explanations. He is very kind.

Office Staff is friendly and efficient. I am seen by Dr. Chen promptly upon arrival. He is very professional and personable which is important to me. Even though he has recently joined the practice as a young doctor, he is very knowledgeable and definitely an expert in orthopedics. I know I am in good hands as I recover from a fractured patella occurring from a fall while traveling in Europe.

We were impressed with Dr. Chen, the staff and facilities. However we will be happier when the practice moves on the island at the Baptist Hospital complex.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Doctor was an excellent communicator, listened very well and understood my concerns. I'll be back, as needed. I feel comfortable making him my new orthopedic surgeon.
