The office is amazing. Staff is helpful and professional. And Dr. Chen is the best surgeon I have ever seen. Knowledge and encouraging, to make sure I get the best results from surgery. Which was a full knee replacement.

They staff was pleasant and organized. There were no long delays between check in and seeing the doctor. Also, prep time for the steroid shots to my knees was minimal. I was finished in less than an hour.

The office staff was efficient and courteous. There was very little wait time to be seen. Dr. Chen performed a thorough exam and reviewed my history. A clear plan of care was communicated. All my questions were addressed during the visit. The environment was clean and well organized.

Everyone was pleasant. The doctor was a great listener and explained everything (with visuals) to my understanding. I did not have a long wait time. Explanation on the portal was clear in case I missed something during the examination. I was very pleased.
