They staff was pleasant and organized. There were no long delays between check in and seeing the doctor. Also, prep time for the steroid shots to my knees was minimal. I was finished in less than an hour.

The office staff was efficient and courteous. There was very little wait time to be seen. Dr. Chen performed a thorough exam and reviewed my history. A clear plan of care was communicated. All my questions were addressed during the visit. The environment was clean and well organized.

Everyone was pleasant. The doctor was a great listener and explained everything (with visuals) to my understanding. I did not have a long wait time. Explanation on the portal was clear in case I missed something during the examination. I was very pleased.

Most convenient for those of us who live on the island.
The newly renovated offices are very attractive and pleasant.
Everyone on staff is very cordial and willing to help if one has a question.
Dr. Chen is so patient-oriented: his patient info booklets answer all questions one might have about before and after surgery. They contain daily checklists to record all of the post-surgery meds and exercises as well as have space encouraging patients to give feedback.
