Clean facility, friendly staff and Dr Madzunovic , he is the best. He listens take his time to answer all questions and is very reassuring. Even though I travel almost 45 minutes to get there Baptist Clay Orthopedics is it for me. And his MA Julianna is always prompt to answer any questions I send through the portal and so friendly and kind.

The brightness and cleanliness of the facility. The staff is friendly and the doctor is straight forward in explaining what is happening with your medical condition. The doctor took his time and answered questions. Sometimes having to repeat them.

The Orthopedic Center at Baptist Clay is truly wonderful. The staff is amazing, and the doctor is phenomenal. They take the time to listen, they genuinely care, and you never feel rushed. I feel completely confident in my care and so thankful I found them.
