When I called to make an appointment I was shocked that a live person answered the phone. In most doctor's offices you have to leave a message and hope someone gets back to you. I was able to set up an appointment on the spot. At my appointment I was met with a smile by the receptionist and was taken back to the exam room quickly. The nurse and Dr. Madzunovic were very polite and professional. Doc listened carefully to my concerns and came up with a great plan for my recovery. His bedside manners are exceptional. I am very impressed with every aspect of my experience with this office.
