Friendly caring staff and clean office.
My first visit was informative and caring.
Dr Santrock spoke with me not at me. He looked me in the eyes when he spoke and made me feel listened to and really cared about. He gave me real solutions for my issue and there was follow up immediately with equipment for my ankle, directions for my treatment and a referral for my PT.
This practice did NOT disappoint. Thank you

Staff and Dr Santrock are caring, competent, and dedicated. Dr Santrock correctly diagnosed my issue and performed surgery to correct it. I am no longer in pain. Highly recommend

New office is 100% set up for good diagnostic and procedural care. Larger facility location adjacent to Baptist Hospital. Amelia Island. Same Great practicuaners and staff !!!!

Dr. Santrock was very professional & knowledgeable & as was his staff. I actually bumped into Dr. Erica [last name], my PCP. She was singing his praises which made me feel much better about my upcoming appointment with him. Also the facility was very clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Santrock to anyone in need of a foot & ankle surgeon.

The staff and receptionist were very good and helpful. Dr Santrock is excellent. I was a difficult case to diagnose and he kept working until he got answers. I had seen a number of doctors and had numerous scans, MRIs and X-rays before I got to him. Thankful to have him in Fernandina!
