The staff and receptionist were very good and helpful. Dr Santrock is excellent. I was a difficult case to diagnose and he kept working until he got answers. I had seen a number of doctors and had numerous scans, MRIs and X-rays before I got to him. Thankful to have him in Fernandina!

Terrific surgeon!!! (Dr Santrock) National expert! For office: easy access, modern, pleasant. Also: Surgeon and his staff went night and day to get the surgery I needed promptly and efficiently and made every step as pleasant and easy as humanly possible.

The skilled use of the Ocelot device by Dr. Santrock has my Achilles tendon feeling really good six weeks post procedure. I can walk just fine with no gait problems.

Very friendly staff. They took me right away! The Xray and Nurse were oustanding. Dr. Santrock is professional and explained my condition very well. He took time to answer all my questions.
His diagnostic skill was outstanding. He explained that my condition was likely caused from an old injury. He told me what to expect during the healing process. I will highly recommend Dr. Santrock to anyone having issues with their feet.

Great personal interaction. Feel very connected to office personnel. Glad you are merging with Baptist group, but my personal relation ship with my doc. Was wonderful. Hope that doesn’t change.
