Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. I’ve rarely had to wait; I’m usually seen on time. My concerns or questions are listened to and clearly answered. I feel comfortable and not rushed.

Professionalism, friendly staff, great bedside manner of provider (she listens and shows interest to my case), discussion of treatment and results and future plans of treatment. My office visit was overall pleasant!
Also, received a follow up call regarding the visit and lab results done that same day. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, my provider and the staff are a perfect 10!

Pleasantly greeted at the desk . I was taken back to see the doctor on time . Check in with the nurse was efficient and thorough. The doctor was asking questions and getting to understand my diabetes and how Im managing it . Its great to be back in the Baptist care after traveling for the last 4 years to multiple States.

I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted by friendly receptionist, as well as the medical assistant ask questions took notes and input into the computer. The doctor was extremely thorough. Very educational for me as this was my first time seeing the specialist. We will recommend this office.

The staff is very kind and caring. The doctor looks at you when a conversation is going on. He will reiterate what you say to make sure he properly understands. I usually don't go to a doctor so far away from where I live. It's about a 45 minute drive, but this doctor and staff are well worth it.

Everyone is great, especially Flura (sorry idk how to spell it) who is so patient and intelligent. She makes me feel at ease and informed all at once. Dr. Cleland was great and steady as always despite sneaking me in on a busy day. I really appreciate y'all.
