Generally on time and Dr Naem is a good listener as well as his staff Lindsey . They do not rush through the appointment and Dr. Naem explains things well .

Dr. Crawford is very knowledgeable and a very good listener. She communicates clearly about plan of care and was quite helpful with troubleshooting my insulin pump. Her MA, Kim is very friendly and helps ensure I get new scripts or renewal of any current prescriptions. Staff is very courteous and helpful in getting my next appointment scheduled.

Dr Naem is personable and shows interest in the betterment of your health. He is working hand in hand with my other doctors. I have high PTH and my calcium levels increased. So he has me working with my parathyroid doctor to schedule surgery. He also given me tips on controlling my hgbA1c and my Calcuim levels. He good at listening and making suggestions. Wish I had found him earlier. Thanks Dr. Naem

Appts are on-going, greeted by ofc personnel, polite & courteous. Like my dr very much, he takes the time to go over labs, explains plan of treatment. Always askes if I have any questions or concerns. Appts are totally stress free. A total pleasent experience

I have been with Matthew Swiatowicz, PA for several years now and I have highly recommended him to family and friends. He takes his time and listens to my questions and I have never felt like he is a rush to go to the next patient. I especially appreciate how understanding he is when I tell him I cannot afford a medication and he helps me find a more affordable option.

Every single person i encountered was extremely helpful and friendly….the person i spoke with on the phone to make my appointment, the front office person who checked me in, the nurse, and the doctor…..they all went out of their way to help me and made me feel welcome, and took their time to answer any questions I had.
