Appts are on-going, greeted by ofc personnel, polite & courteous. Like my dr very much, he takes the time to go over labs, explains plan of treatment. Always askes if I have any questions or concerns. Appts are totally stress free. A total pleasent experience

Every single person i encountered was extremely helpful and friendly….the person i spoke with on the phone to make my appointment, the front office person who checked me in, the nurse, and the doctor…..they all went out of their way to help me and made me feel welcome, and took their time to answer any questions I had.

Scheduling was accommodating in getting my care transferred to their office. Dr Sarabu did not rush my appointment and was very thorough. Would highly recommend.

I had a first Reclast injection scheduled in mid-July when I found out that Dr. [last name], the referring physician, was no longer with Baptist. With her patients transferring to your office, I was told that the next appointment would be in October- 4 months away! When a cancellation occurred, your office specifically called me to set up an immediate video appointment so the injection could proceed as planned. On the day of the video, someone called to check on the link and the online appointment went well. Dr. Sarabu (spelling?) listened carefully and didn't make me feel like he was rushing the conversation to deal with another patient. I like Dr. [last name] very much, but have good vibes from my initial encounter with your office.
