I am a new patient who moved from MA Lahey Clinic for her first appointment with the doctor. I was VERY IMPRESSED that they had transferred ALL my medical records from MA to the Baptist chart. They knew everything about my past conditions and were so well prepared for my appointment! The doctor was immediately able to see what I was asking him to give me follow ups for so that he could be my endocrinologist. THANK YOU for making this appointment a pleasure to go to.

What a wonderful experience I had at the Baptist Hospital lab. I walked in and saw that the waiting room was full, so I figured I’d be there for awhile. I was called a few minutes after I finished checking in, and then was immediately called back to have my blood drawn. The young lady who checked me in was kind and courteous. The phlebotomist who took my blood was great. I didn’t even feel the pinch. I was really impressed with the professionalism and expediency of this lab, and will continue to go here for any lab work.

I felt heard. Not all nurses and doctors do that any more. My recent medical history is very complex and the first person I encountered, a wonderful nurse, listened carefully and asked insightful questions. When I met Dr. Cleland and we discussed my various test results and medication history I knew I had chosen an excellent Endocrinology group.
