The doctor explained everything he wanted to do and why. The nurse throughly demonstrated/explained how to give an injection and how to care for/store syringes. From desk staff was very friendly.

The front office staff is always cheerful, welcoming and efficient. Fluturia, Dr Cleland’s nurse is also very friendly, efficient and professional. Dr Cleland is a great doctor. Very professional, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He takes time to explain things and answers questions and concern patiently. Check out was very easy. Great staff!

From the time you called the office and walked through the office doors, the staff was courteous, professional and went out of their way to assist you. Dr. Cleland was very professional, thorough and took his time to listen and address any concerns that you had. He is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this office. Being retired from the medical field for 30+ years, I can truly say this is a top notch physician as well as his staff!

Vfery pleasant experience from the time I entered the office. I was immediately signed in and within minutes, I was sent into see my Dr. Everything went fine and all the staff was exceptional. Dr. Cleland was his usual affable self and he examined me and answered my questions.
