Pleasant, professional and on time. Dr Cleland took time to explain how and why we were moving forward with the plan. I did not feel rushed, but felt that he was concerned with my understanding of the procedure.

Waiting area receptionists are professional and polite. Nurse in exam room is always curteous and pleasent when validating prescriptions and dealing with patients.

Both the office staff and the doctors are wonderful. They really listen to you and explain treatments plans completely, as well as options for medication or surgery. Nothing feels rushed, you know they hear your questions and go out of the way to explain everything.

Superb level of care and professionalism while receiving an empathic attitude from the staff. The ER doctor who attended to me was very professional, informative caring and had an excellent bedside manner. He listened to all I said and explained his findings an opinions with clarity and was open for any question I had. This was an excellent visit from my stanpoint which clarified my understandin of my issues. I thank the whole staff for making what is a negative situation bearable. I hope I don't need their services again but this is my second time there and both visits have been to my satisfaction. I would recoomend the ER at Baptist South to anyone who needs it.

Didn’t know what to expect. It was my first time there I was impressed. The nurse was great thorough professional explained everything. The doctor came in a genuine person, which is really nice that you get a doctor that talks to you instead of at you we discussed our plans and I’ll be back in October to go over the results and we’ll go from there. All good.

The office staff and technicians are friendly and competent. You are always taken at the time of your appointment and the waiting room is large and clean. Most importantly, Dr. Cleland is genuinely interested in the health and well being of his patients. He has time for his patients and prescribes medication that is appropriate and and personalized to the individual person. He is a very special doctor.

I enjoy visiting Baptist Endocrinology whenever I have a visit scheduled. The offices are clean and modern and I enjoy interacting with Dr. Cleland and his staff. My one minor issue is parking at the facility. I'm probably being a bit picky, but it's always busy. Otherwise, I don't have any other issues.
