Staff is friendly. Dr. Cleland, Nurse Fluturra (sp??) and the new nurse i saw on this visit very friendly and professional. Prompt appointments, no unnecessary wait time.

The office staff and technicians are friendly and competent. You are always taken at the time of your appointment and the waiting room is large and clean. Most importantly, Dr. Cleland is genuinely interested in the health and well being of his patients. He has time for his patients and prescribes medication that is appropriate and and personalized to the individual person. He is a very special doctor.

I enjoy visiting Baptist Endocrinology whenever I have a visit scheduled. The offices are clean and modern and I enjoy interacting with Dr. Cleland and his staff. My one minor issue is parking at the facility. I'm probably being a bit picky, but it's always busy. Otherwise, I don't have any other issues.

I have had a few appointments with Dr. Cleland and he has been fantastic! Put me completely at ease even with an impromptu biopsy. I have such bad anxiety and he was so amazing. I wish all my Dr’s would be as outstanding in patient care as he is.
