Very clean. Front staff very welcoming when you walk into practice. Dr Cleland’s MA is very professional, friendly and takes the time to listen. Dr Cleland is amaxing! Very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to listen and to explain things. He never rushes you out the door. I wish more physicians were like him.

Very professional and courteous staff. Large and pleasant very clean waiting room. Short wait time. The nurse was very professional and pleasant. Dr Cleland was terrific taking the time to fully explain to me my condition and how we would proceed to diagnose my situation. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

Dr. Alan Cleland is an excellent endocrinologist. He communicates well with me in a manner I comprehend all his intructions and explanations. He welcomes question from me at all times. His staff is efficient and very professional, caring and understanding of a patient's needs. The practice ranks a solid ten for me.

I am a new patient who moved from MA Lahey Clinic for her first appointment with the doctor. I was VERY IMPRESSED that they had transferred ALL my medical records from MA to the Baptist chart. They knew everything about my past conditions and were so well prepared for my appointment! The doctor was immediately able to see what I was asking him to give me follow ups for so that he could be my endocrinologist. THANK YOU for making this appointment a pleasure to go to.
