Checking in is quick and easy. Visits are on-time, and Staff is able to answer many questions related to reason for your visit. Often visits are with the Supervising Physician who spends enough time with you to hear patient concerns and a few questions - being able to change/add Prescriptions during the visit and scheduling the next visit is quick and on the way out.

Dr Cleland is one of best Drs I've every had: kind, competent, caring, listens, works with me to achieve my goal of getting off thyroid medication. His assistant (from Albania) is very kind also. And the front desk folks are friendly and helpful. Great office.
