I have seen Dr. Cleland before and I really liked him, but what I was impressed with the most was the professionalism of the office staff. I got to the office sooner than expected, so I sat in the office quite a while. I sat near the reception area, and the gals and guy in the reception area treated all patients with professionalism and kindness. Same with the patients they were talking to on the phone. Same with the intake gal. I forgot to say something to Dr. Cleland while I was in the office, so I'm glad I had the opportunity to voice my opinion.
