Everyone…nurse , physician, sign in person, make appointments person…..all were exceptional. Friendly , knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. Few offices are this “well run”.

The office is always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly as well as the nurse. Dr. Cleland has been my Dr for years. He’s watched me do a whole 360 on this diabetes journey. I am grateful for this amazing team. 🫶🏾

Partnership relationship with Dr. Cleland. He provided clear and precise information regarding my lab and ultrasound tests. He listened and took his time. Even though my office appointments are on an annual basis, future upcoming labs, ultrasound, and office appointments are easily made & convenient for me. His assistant, Futura, puts me at ease with her friendly, competent skills. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. I appreciate being able to do an E check-in and receive the office summary and office visit notes on the Baptist portal.
