Everyone has been very helpful and very professional. I especially appreciated Dr Naem setting up a televisit last Saturday to go over the apparent side effects of my medication and promptly ordering blood tests to try to pinpoint the problem(s).

Friendly knowledgeable service from check in to check out. You have a great staff. Dr Naem discusses my condition and goes over my medicines so I understand my treatments. He always welcomes my questions and answers them to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the treatment. Lindsey does a great job with my vitals before I see the Doctor. The distance I travel is well worth it. Thank you all so much!

When I visited in person I never waited long , my appointment time was kept and I appreciate that. I really like the virtual visits as well, and the use of the portal, this office is very much on top of the patients messages and follow up with all requests. Appt's are easy to make and reports are easy to get. I would definitely refer to this practice.
