Clean, friendly. Even though our appointment ran late, the staff really apologized and offered coffee or water. (Dr. Naem had to do an unexpected biopsy on a patient.) We then really felt comfortable with Dr. Naem. He was through in his exam. We were able to understand the tests he wanted to run. He walked us all the way out to check-out! What doctor does that anymore? Great!
