Caring staff, they do not overbook so very little waiting. I love Dr. Nicholson. She takes your time to answer your questions. She goes over on your meds and make sure she checks your blood work.. She listens to all your questions and doesn't rush you out of her office.

NP Courtney Nicholson is great, she listens to what you’re saying and asks you if you have any questions, she doesn’t rush you or dismiss your concerns. I make the trip to Jacksonville as the ENT doctor where I live is rude and dismisses your concerns. Ms. Nicholson is fantastic!

The front desk was welcoming and pleasant. The waiting room was spacious. The person who walked me back to the waiting office was professional and thorough and at the same time, very polite. I met with the PA and was impressed with her listening skills and her recommendations to change out one medicine for the other to have less discomfort from the side effects. I had mentioned this to three other doctors and this was the first time a viable solution was provided. Check out was easy and the woman helping me schedule was polite and kind.
