It is easy to make appointments and the option for a virtual appointment is very convenient. Being able to message and getting a timely response is very helpful.

Justin Keeton is always prepared for my visits virtually. He studies the bloodwork and explains my medical questions in a very professional and yet personnel way. He is always accessible to me as I am taking this cancer journey!

Cleanliness and how efficient everything operates. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back. This last appointment, I was called back earlier than my appointment time. This allowed me to get back to work within my lunch hour and still have time to spare.

participate in, staff mails bloodwork paperwork and sends directly to Quest, and the staff are helpful, efficient, and professional.

Endocrinology is a large office space. Clean and Tidy. Plenty of chairs. Called to the back of office quickly so not sitting in Waiting Room too long. Very nice staff at the front greeting patients. Good staff who are friendly taking care of patients. Convenient location...good parking...safe neighborhood.

They are very friendly and helpful. They listen to your concerns and respond very quickly. Everyone including the receptionist are very respectful! Justin Keeton is my doctor and he got my A1c down from very high to 6.8 and I am very happy with Baptist Endocrinology, and I would recommend them to everyone!

I'm a type 1 diabetic and I was always pleased with your office, then last year my insurance changed to Humana which your office does not accept. So for a year I had to suffer with another office with an endocrinologist that really did not understand type 1 diabetes or understand CGMs or insulin pumps. Luckily I got with an insurance policy that let me come back to you this year and with the help of Justin Keeton, who is very knowledgeable, I'm having my best numbers ever. I couldn't recommend your office enough.
