Front desk staff is always pleasant and engaging. Same with the provider to took vitals and current medical information. Justin was professional and friendly, as always. He gave me all the time I needed to discuss my case and current situation. We discussed the plan moving forward and made sure I was comfortable with it. All in all a positive experience and visit.

Justin Keeton, PA is the best endocrinologist I've had in my 20 years of having Hypothyroidism. He listens to your concerns and never rushes you through your appointments. He has also been one of my biggest cheerleaders in helping me lower my A1C and lose weight. I highly recommend him as a physician's assistant.

I love how they get back to me very quickly and I feel like they genuinely care about me and my needs I am always recommending this office to my friends and family and Justin is so supportive of me and I feel like I can be honest with him on what I eat and if I’m doing something wrong he helps me figure out what’s best for me like not taking to much insulin etc.. he really does care about me I love his office staff as well great job you guys !!!

I have done my last few appointments by video call with the doctor so my wife does not have to drive me to the office or find a parking space. Justin is always well prepared and ready to answer any questions that you may have. If you do an office visit, which is always very clean and professional, I like using Baptist Endocrinology and would recommend it to all.
