Justin Keeton is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm well cared for & all my questions are answered! Kudos to him!!! The nurses are great!! Also, the staff that check me in & out are always quick & efficient. Anytime I call with a question or need an appointment sooner, whoever helps me makes sure I'm taken care of & always asks if I'd like to be put on the waiting list. I have recommended my husband to this practice & he's a very satisfied customer now, too. I've recommended the Dr's & staff here to several others, also.

There are several aspects that I liked about the office. Everyone at the front desk was extremely kind and courteous and also I did not have to wait long at all to get called back into a room. Shortly, after that, the nurse practitioner came in without waiting at all. And beyond everything, Justin was one of the most kindest people I’ve ever met!

I was able to opt for a telemedicine appointment rather than driving to the physical office. I like having that option. There was no need for an in-person visit as all we did was review my test results. I wish other medical practices would offer that option.
Justin Keeton is very professional and reviewed my test results and allowed me an opportunity to ask questions. He gave me several options about follow-on care and let me chose the option that I felt best met my needs. He made sure I understood I could request a future visit if I had certain symptoms.
