I had a television with Justin Keeton. His nurse called in advance to go over any questions she could give to him before our visit. Justin was and is always so kind, caring, thorough and makes sure I understand all we discuss in our visit. He has been a great part of my cancer journey, and will continue to be.

The doctor actually listens to me. I had questions they took the time in advance to get my questions and they responded to them. The office staff is friendly. I feel that they listen to you and they are not just trying to rush to do the job and get through the day. It is very easy to use the patient portal

The physical environment is quiet, relaxing and very clean. The nurses are pleasant and kind. I love the physician assistant, Justin. He is helpful, patient, and informative. Dr. [last name] is also very helpful and willing to manage issues with helpful advice and by being proactive in the management of my diabetes.

My visit happened to be a "virtual" one, but regardless, everything went just fine. I was notified in advance to be ready for the appointment, and the PA was on time. I was on the call with my husband who is now residing in a nursing home. Justin, Dr. [last name]'s PA, is just wonderful. He is ver professional, competent, and helpful. He is also friendly and caring. We are always pleased with the attention we get from this office.
