Staff is very helpful. Appointments always on time. Dr Crawford is excellent. She listens and explains everything. She takes the time answers questions and you never feel rushed during the visit. Follow up to tests are promptly relayed.

I would only give recommendations if someone asks me. Dr. Crawford is very competent in her field, effeicient and friendly. She always answers any questions I may have. I like the fact I can do a virtual visit. It saves me time and is more convenient for me. The staff is always helpful whenever I call the office.

I have worked over the years at 4 hospitals and with many doctors' offices/staff. I've have had many opportunities to interact w/hospital and clinical staff. The staff in the endocrinology practice are 1st rate, and Dr. Crawford is an excellent medical practitioner. This is my second time visiting this office. Each time, I have had a great experience. The check in and check out process was easy and efficient.Staff is friendly, professional, informative and explained what would be going on throughout my visit. Dr. Crawford is wonderful! She took the time to address any areas of concerns, answer all my questions, as well as review my history over the past year to make sure everything was up-to-date.

Dr Crawford is very knowledgable and a good listener. She is always solution-driven. Additionally, the office staff is positive and helpful. My last visit was via phone, there were some technology issues inserting some information. Sierra was extremely patient and reassuring.

I have been a diabetic for over 20 years and have been treated by several physicians during that time. Without hesitation, I can say that Dr. Crawford has provided the best care I have ever received. I live in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina—three hours away from Jacksonville—yet I willingly make the trip because of the exceptional treatment Dr. Crawford provides. At a recent appointment, there was concern that my lab results might not be available in time. I informed her office that I was still happy to travel to Jacksonville regardless, as I had several important questions that had arisen since my previous visit. Dr. Crawford was completely understanding and took the time to address every one of my concerns. Her thoroughness and clarity were a tremendous relief. I recommend Dr. Crawford without reservation. It is worth noting that the Hilton Head Island and Beaufort areas have a large and rapidly growing retirement population, yet no practicing endocrinologist. Many diabetics in the region must travel significant distances for specialized care. Given this need, Baptist Endocrinology might consider establishing a satellite office in the area
