Check in and out, scheduling was excellent: friendly, efficient. Medical support staff was efficient. Medical professional (Dr. Christina Bach) was excellent: thorough, open to exchange, knowledgeable, firm in conclusions and prescriptive advice.

I really liked the PA I saw, Christina. She was knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions I asked. The facility is excellent and all the associates that work there. A huge improvement over the old location. My questions over the portal are answered in a timely fashion while at the old location I would have to wait forever to get a response, Wonderful improvement!

Christina was very kind, personable and professional. She recognized some issues with my deliberator and said that it may require medicine to manage the issue. She brought Dr [last name] in, and he confirmed the need for medication and said that if this didn't work, he may have to perform a procedure on the heart. I felt well taken care of by both of them.
