My appointment started exactly on time, the technician was very clear in her explanations of my procedure, they secured all my belongings. I always felt I was in very good hands. Thank you to the team at Glen Burnie.

The medical staff is very friendly and their service is top notch. The medical imaging equipment is state of the art and accessible through their online patient portal. Definitely deserving of five stars.

TLDR: front desk staff is poorly trained at communicating with patients and needs more/better training. Diagnostic techs are great and they need better staffing support. *This poor review is based solely on lack of organization and professionalism of the front desk staff.* My SO had an MRI scheduled for 9:30 AM. He checked in early, filled out paperwork and was taken back for a preliminary X-ray. When 10:30 AM rolled around he checked with the front desk and asked about the delay. He was told that the patient before him was taking longer than anticipated but he’d be seen shortly. Another hour went by and he checked in again with someone else—two hours after his initial appointment time. He was expressed frustration about the two hour delay and was told that someone would check about the delay. Another 30 minutes went by when someone finally approached him with information. It turns out that he was scheduled for the X-ray at 9:30 AM, but his MRI wasn’t until 1:00 PM, a fact that they admitted to overlooking that should have been communicated either the day this appointment was scheduled, or when he checked in that morning. He was told that they’d try to get him in sooner, but we opted to leave and get lunch since it was already 11:45 AM and we’d both skipped breakfast. We returned to the clinic at 12:45 PM and shortly thereafter he was taken back to have his MRI. The MRI was done swiftly and the tech was a consummate professional according to my SO. However, during the 45 minutes it took to complete the MRI, another patient walked out and fainted in the parking lot, and no one seemed to know what to do when the parent of this patient came in for help. It was disturbing to watch this unfold and only added to my displeasure with this clinic. No apology will give us back the time time that was wasted. If the office manager is reading this, please consider training, or retraining, your front office staff.

Since getting the new petscan machine, my experience was 100% better. My nurse, Ivory, was very positive, friendly and informative.

This is a remarkable place. The service was wonderful. The exam was quick we were in and out of there within a half hour. Thank you so much.

Takes forever to get a report. Not good when you're in pain and having to wait for a report in order for your doctor to see what's wrong. Will be using advanced radiology from now on.

Always prefer to use CMI over the other imaging place. Everyone was very pleasant and I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Now if they just get rid of the useless mask rule.
