Staff always friendly! Even with always doing a walk in I never wait long for simple X-rays! Super nice imaging techs each time I’ve come over the last 26 weeks! And the MRI wasn’t bad either! Thanks for being an interesting part of my recovery journey!

I arrived a little early. Was greeted by the friendly staff behind the counter. Was taken back for my procedure before my appointment time and was well taken care of by the technician who explained everything. I have used Chesapeake imaging for many years. They are outstanding professionals and I find them much easier to deal with than the bigger company around the corner. I never have to wait to get an appointment I’ve even had an appointment the same or next day. Very happy with them and I would highly recommend!

The administrative staff, as well as the clinical staff, are all customer service oriented. I was taken on time for my appointment and received results from my test the same day! I have been to this office before and they never disappoint! I highly recommend Chesapeake Imaging.

I had 2 MRIs done at the Glen Burnie branch of Chesapeake Imaging after waiting for 3 business days (plus a weekend) to schedule the tests. Everything went well, according to plan. Staff were both friendly and professional. Results were available by next morning. Overall, pleasant experience.

Ivory was the absolute best! Brought my dad in to get some imaging done. Ivory was patient, pleasant, just wonderful bedside manners. Went out of her way to make my dad comfortable. The entire staff were also very nice.

Aug 15 - I needed an ultrasound appointment and wanted to get a schedule for the soonest possible date/time. I called the scheduling number, and the lady who assisted me was very helpful and found me an appointment for the same day at 4 pm (with a check-in time of 3:45 pm, according to the confirmation on the patient portal). It was a location that was an hour and a half drive from me, but I took the appointment as I wanted the test done as soon as possible. I got to the Glen Burnie location at 3:40 pm, and one of the receptionists at the front desk took my doctor's order, ID, and insurance card. She proceeded to tell me that my appointment was at 2:30 pm. I said that was not true, and showed her the confirmation page that shows 4 pm (with check-in at 3:45). She told me that she didn't know why it says 4 pm and said "I don't know what to tell you, you missed your appointment." She says they cannot accommodate me as they have back-to-back bookings, and says the best she could do is send me to the Towson location for a 6 pm availability (another 30-minute drive). I told her to check it again because my confirmation clearly says I have the time and date correct. I told her that I had driven far for this appointment. She says very rudely, “Well, you should have been here at 2:30 pm if you wanted the appointment.” She dismissively told me that she would call her manager to see what could be done, but she already knew that there was nothing they could do to help. She insisted that I missed my appointment and that they could not accommodate me. She gets on the phone with her manager and tells me to take a seat. After a few minutes, she calls me and hands me the clipboard with forms to fill out. I asked, “Are you able to see me now?” She says yes (again very dismissively). I asked what the issue was earlier with the schedule and she told me “Oh, I was looking at the wrong patient.” No apologies, nothing. After a few minutes, the ultrasound tech, Stephanie, called my name and took me to the exam room. Stephanie was the loveliest person ever and saved my entire experience at this location. I shared my experience at the front desk with her, and she said that she had seen me on her schedule for 4 pm since I booked it. She profusely apologized for my experience (and she didn’t have to) and said that if I needed care again, she hoped I would give them another chance. The scheduling process and Stephanie were stellar five-star experiences, but the Glen Burnie receptionist needs training on customer service. An apology would have gone a long way.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is a wonderful company. Everyone is competent and professional beginning with the scheduler all the way to the front desk, technicians, and physicians. I drive 20 minutes past several radiology companies to get here. As a referring provider, CMI is also my first choice for my patients.

Facility and staff are nice. Results take entirely too long to be read/uploaded.

On time, techs were great making sure I was warm n comfortable.
