Excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Eased my anxieties especially the mri tech Sheila. Smooth in and out in a timely manner. Answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing every step of the way .

Dr Kevin Berger and his assistant Holly were phenomenal. I was nervous and anxious and full of questions, they answered all of them with professionalism, patience, and kindness. I had a lumbar puncture done and I was so ready to walk out of the room with any excuse to get out of having it done, but Holly and Dr Berger, without pressuring me, helped me to understand why this would be safe and best for me to do. I can't say enough good things about them. This was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had considering my level of anxiety associated with having it done. From before the procedure to the very end, I could not have asked for a better team in a better atmosphere.

From the front desk to me getting dressed after my appointment....EVERYBODY was so nice and comforting yesterday evening. The beautiful soul that took my images was excellent as her soothing voice took me thru the whole time! I did get a tad bit nervous but it was not as extreme because she kept encouraging me and I appreciate her so much!!!

Outstanding customer service from the person who scheduled your appointment to the front desk and xray, MRI, and Cat Scan processionals. The mammogram sonographers were very kind and personable.
