My experience at Chesapeake Medical Imaging was exceptional. Michelle is a master at her craft and very knowledgeable. I was very uneasy and assumed the worst, but she set my mind at ease with the whole process. I would definitely recommend Michelle for all my family members ultrasound needs!

Very quiet and easygoing atmosphere. Both front desk staff and techs were wonderful. They were able to get me in for an appointment very quickly. I had no idea they were located so close but I am glad to have found them!

I recently went to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for an x-ray of my foot. X-rays are only done with a walk-in appointment and I was concerned that I might be waiting a long time, given the number of people in the waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised that I only waited about 5 minutes and was brought right back to get the x-ray. All staff with whom I interacted were pleasant and respectful. The tech who did the x-ray seemed competent enough. I am not sure yet if the x-ray is going to show what it needs to since I haven't gotten any results yet.

TO BE HONEST, I WAS NOT TO HAPPY WITH MY VISIT. I WAS EARLY FOR APPT, AND I FELT LIKE THE NURSE WAS NOT TRAINED. SHE TRIED TWICE TO GET A VAIN FOR MEDICATION. I ALSO FELT LIKE NO ONE TALK TO ME IN PET SCAN MACHINE. "(like only 5 more minutes and all done)" no communication, is not good.

Was a very pleasant experience. I saw my Dr. at mid-day who wanted a 1hour image that day. Chesapeake was able to do it. The wait time was certainly reasonable, the staff professional, friendly and courteous.

I could not have received better service. I called at 12:30pm to schedule an appointment. I received a 1:30pm appointment at the Glen Burnie office and was finished by 2:45pm. Pretty good considering I received a CT scan, an X-ray,and an ultrasound. Everyone was polite and professional. Thank You CMI.
