Went to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for an X Ray. Was greeted by friendly staff and welcoming waiting area. Ladies who took films was professional, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. Would be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Everything about this place was amazing! My daughter’s doctor gave us a walk in slip on a weekday afternoon so I was dreading a long wait with my toddler considering I didn’t have an appointment. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so nice. The front desk receptionist welcomed us, got us checked in quickly, got us to a bathroom right away for my potty training kid (mamas out there know how crucial it is when people in the community get the urgency there!), and we were called within 15 minutes. The waiting area was clean and more modern than I’m used to with other radiology clinics I’ve visited. When we went back, the staff were perfect with my daughter, very warm and assured her it would be ok, a few that weren’t working with us even walked by and got her excited to “get her picture taken.” I cannot say enough great things about Chesapeake Medical Imaging!

I had an appointment that went great but I have to give one star because it has since been IMPOSSIBLE to schedule or get them on the phone. I need a second appointment and called seven times during business hours and couldn't get through. Each time I left a message with the answering service which promises a call back but there was no callback. Eventually I tried their website scheduling tool - and then got an email telling me they had made an appointment for me for a different date/time than I requested. They also didn't tell me which of their many offices the appointment is scheduled at. Now I can't get through to confirm the office or try to change. I'm at a loss. Probably just going to have to go to a different company. I feel bad ghosting on the appointment but if I can't get through to even find out where it is what else can I do?

I recently had a head injury. My doctor gave me a referral to Chesapeake Medical Imaging at 122 Defense Highway. Although they were crowded and I did not have an appointment, they were able to work me in quickly. All personnel were very friendly and efficient. I have been to this office a number of times over the years for mammograms and other tests and have been equally impressed. I recommend them highly.
