i had a very good experience at CMI. The staff, from receptionist to radiologist was courteous, attentive and professional. They accomodated my request to enter the scanner feet first and even offered a achoice of music! The procedure was completed in the time as estimated. My questioned about the machinery were answered in detail.

The receptionist was very courteous and professional. The technician was compassionate and efficient. My mother was the patient and is 87 years old. Everyone there was very kind towards her. It was very much appreciated and I would highly recommend their services.

I don’t generally review medical practices as they’ve already taken enough of my time and money by the time I get asked for a review. In this case though, I’ll make an exception. I went to Chesapeake Medical Imaging on Defense Highway for a simple lower leg x-ray. Amazingly enough, it was just that: simple. From the time I walked through the door on the way in to the time I left was no more than 10 minutes. The front desk staff was polite and appreciative of the fact that I had submitted my information in advance via the app. The x-ray techs were also polite and professional and ensured that the end result would be a clear and complete set of x-rays for the area of concern. I can’t speak to the waiting room full of people, but I know I was seen on time and was in and out in a very efficient manner without feeling like anything was being rushed. I was thoroughly impressed and would go back for another x-ray here anytime I needed one.
