My experience at Chesapeake is always pleasant, considerate and efficient. Michelle was especially thorough and kind with my yearly mammogram yesterday. I am always apprehensive, but she was very helpful. Because I mentioned my history there, Michelle spoke to the radiologist on duty right then and took me to see him after he reviewed my present and previous mammograms, so I was reassured on the spot and didn’t have to wait for a report. I am very grateful!

Still waiting to hear back about the MRI image disc I haven't received. When I called the Annapolis location no one answered. I assume after X amount of time listening to the elevator music i was forwarded to a 3rd party who took my info and said someone would call me/contact me. I still haven't been contacted. Very frustrating.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is a thorough, professionally run operation. They accept walk-ins as well as scheduled appointments. I have used them for 14 years. The staff is organized, polite, professional and thorough. I drive 14 hours roundtrip to be serviced, because I trust them.

It was a great experience. the wait was short. The tech was totally professional. I did have a problem distancing from other clients though. It was partly because there were too many people ( partners coming in) and partly because your sign for distancing was hidden and too small and partly because people are idiots. Not your staff but the people coming in. I am one of those people who if they got COVID 19, it would go horribly wrong. So this is a matter of concern for me. I can't be the only one.

Such a pleasant experience. Hardly any wait time. The front desk Staff were friendly and thoughtful. The clinicians were very thorough and caring and took the time to ensure my comfort from start to finish during my 1.5hr testing. I Highly recommend using this facility.

I had an evening appointment (when doctor's appointments are often running late at the end of the day). I arrived early, as instructed, and was pleased to be admitted almost immediately. The staff were courteous and professional and the technician was cheerful and efficient.

Went to the Glen Burnie office and had the worst experience. When I made the appointment I explained that my primary wouldn’t cover it but secondary would . I explained I already called and ask so the pre authorization shouldnt be an issue.. took off work and arrived for my appointment .. they said I couldnt get it because secondary issues probably wont cover itbut they had not called them… i got my issurance on phone which they confumed what I said and I still couldnt get it done.. they were not helpful and acted like I was bothering them… i called advanced radiology and got in within five days.. both insurance were confirmed BEFORE I got there and everything went smoothly.. WILL NEVER give my business to Chesapeake again .
