Chesapeake Medical Imaging should be the role model for healthcare, as it is the most professional healthcare facility I’ve ever visited. I could not have been more pleased with the staff and services. The facility provides very consistent 5 star service, it not like you go in one day and things are great but the next time the visit is so-so. Every visit has earned a 5-star rating!! From the time you make an appointment to the time your visit is over, every step of the process goes according to plan and in a timely manner. There are no surprises, it’s simply a pleasant experience all the way around.

The procedure went well. Very nice and professional tech as usual. However, I did have my first negative experience. I waited 30 minutes for a CD (my images). I never had to wait that long. So it really caught me off guard. I've been going to CMI since 2010.

I just had an MRI here today and the experience was awesome. Heather helped me feel at ease. She provided ear plugs, head phones with the music of my choosing, and the wedge for under my knees. I had a not so great experience at the local hospital about 2 years prior. When I get to choose I pick this place but this solidified my loyalty. Oh, the front desk staff was very nice as well. I arrived for my appt. 15 min early as instructed. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back. Great place with friendly staff.

I had to change my appointment several times due to my sister being out of state and very sick. They were very accomodating to my needs. Technician was very friendly and concerned for my comfort. The music helped to relax me. I will return there for future MRIs.

I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for my MRI. My time should not have been wasted like that. If CMI is running behind they should have the courtesy to let the patient know. They should also have their scheduling procedures down. Not happy at all.
