What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid and never realized how little they care until I got older. My mom found a new family doctor and I’m going to do the same. You are your OWN advocate at this office. It seems like staff doesn’t care about anyone that isn’t standing directly in front of them. I have been injured and off work and have had to fight for return of paperwork, doctors notes and basic human decency in regards to being HUNG UP ON. Being a person that NEVER complains, I am complaining about this office and staff.

Jennifer is caring, listens to you, where some doctor's now a days rush though to get to the next appointment; i know their under pressure to but she doesn't go by the books. I and a lot of patients appreciate that. Dr. Preston has a wonderful partner to doctor with and i would trust her as I do Dr. preston. Wonderful, very pleasant, down to earth can talk to and KNOW their stuff, Because of that I can trust both of them, very kind, caring and it runs through to their staff. You may go in nervous but come out relieved 🩷

That the front desk is really friendly and Dr. Reitz is amazing and super bubbly and knowledgeable. Her medical assistant is not friendly and when we leave she always has her feet kicked up on the desk and is doing absolutely nothing. She not friendly when she is rooming us it’s like she’s forced to be doing her job.

The Doctor is the best. She is very clear about results, gives you all the information that she has regarding the test she has run and can explain all of them with clarity so that you can understand what is going on. She always gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have. I am very happy and comfortable with her.

Dr. Laura and her MA Angel ARE THE BEST!!!! my daughter has some autistic traits and they take their time with her and explain everything for her to understand. The last time she was there, she received a shot and she didn’t accept it well. And that night, Dr. Laura called, and the next morning angel called to see how she was. Now what doctor would do? Those two are the best and I mean the best. We will always come to her. Thank you very much and happy holidays.❤️❤️

The only adverse thing is how often appointments are scheduled to close together, time wise, causing back ups as Dr. Lynch never rushes an appointment. Dr. Lynch is phenomenal!
