Truly appreciate Dana's genuineness and caring nature. I'm a newly established patient and have only had 2 appts thus far. Happy to report I have not experienced any negative situations or encounters. When confiding in Dana about my physical and mental health, I feel heard and my thoughts/feelings are validated. My preferred method of contact is through patient portal; always receive timely response and avoid back n forth via telephone.

My wife and I think Dana Katterman is a definite keeper for your facility. It would be a GREAT LOSS for my Michigan if Dana was not a provider. Just our opinion. We really liked her friendly and caring attitude.

Dana always listens and looks at you when you're talking. She focuses on you as if you're the only person she is working with that day. She is positive and honest. She values your opinion. Both Dana and Sue, her nurse, have a personal way of making you feel good about yourself. I hope Dana stays working in Brodie Lynch's office in Standish for a very long time. I wouldn't want to see anyone else as my Healthcare provider.

Dana Katterman, NP, has been wonderful to work with. She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen without making me feel rushed. I felt genuinely cared for and supported during my visit. She explained things clearly, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. I’m very grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to my friends and family.

I would take her on as a doctor. She is very caring and so is her nurse Susan. Even though we are trying to figure out what is going on with me they are on top of finding the answers. I can be completely honest with them and the care and understanding they have is remarkable. They are amazing!

Good quality care friendly staff, the Wait times are responsible and if you do have concerns they listen and don’t rush you out because there over booked . In my opinion they are top shelf.
