Good quality care friendly staff, the Wait times are responsible and if you do have concerns they listen and don’t rush you out because there over booked . In my opinion they are top shelf.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid and never realized how little they care until I got older. My mom found a new family doctor and I’m going to do the same. You are your OWN advocate at this office. It seems like staff doesn’t care about anyone that isn’t standing directly in front of them. I have been injured and off work and have had to fight for return of paperwork, doctors notes and basic human decency in regards to being HUNG UP ON. Being a person that NEVER complains, I am complaining about this office and staff.

Dana was able to earn the trust of my autistic child. She knew exactly how to approach him and his exam went smoothly and she was able to complete a thorough examination! Thank you Dana and staff!

My child is Autistic and not easygoing at times. Dana was able to win him over and she made him comfortable and he cooperated with her through the entire exam

Dana was awesome I really appreciated her she explained everything well and tried to help me come up with a plan to fix my problem. The problem I had was with the nurse on the phone and with the staff. They seemed to just blow me off and not care to answer my further questions. I was clearly upset on the phone and it seemed as if they didn’t care to understand my issue. They transfer me back and forth and don’t give me enough information to understand the reasonings of things. I asked about cortisone injections and was told I’d have to come back in to speak about it and I hear someone else in the background say they don’t do it but the lady I was speaking to was still going to schedule me and waste my time to come in for them to not even do it. I had to take it upon myself to then find an orthopedic office to go to and they were great and helped me right away.

I love the office staff, they are friendly and listen. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. Dr. Dana is amazing! Extremely friendly, listens and cares. I never feel rushed. I feel very comfortable with her. She truly cares about my health and wellbeing.

I'm always treated with kindness and respect by Dr ketterman and her staff. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called into a room, I feel like I'm listening to, before I leave that office I feel well informed and educated about any new medicines that I might be taking. I really feel like she cares about my health and you can't find that anymore, anywhere. I always tell my family and my friends about Dr ketterman and her office staff, they treat you like family.
