I would take her on as a doctor. She is very caring and so is her nurse Susan. Even though we are trying to figure out what is going on with me they are on top of finding the answers. I can be completely honest with them and the care and understanding they have is remarkable. They are amazing!

I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid and never realized how little they care until I got older. My mom found a new family doctor and I’m going to do the same. You are your OWN advocate at this office. It seems like staff doesn’t care about anyone that isn’t standing directly in front of them. I have been injured and off work and have had to fight for return of paperwork, doctors notes and basic human decency in regards to being HUNG UP ON. Being a person that NEVER complains, I am complaining about this office and staff.

My child is Autistic and not easygoing at times. Dana was able to win him over and she made him comfortable and he cooperated with her through the entire exam

Dana was awesome I really appreciated her she explained everything well and tried to help me come up with a plan to fix my problem. The problem I had was with the nurse on the phone and with the staff. They seemed to just blow me off and not care to answer my further questions. I was clearly upset on the phone and it seemed as if they didn’t care to understand my issue. They transfer me back and forth and don’t give me enough information to understand the reasonings of things. I asked about cortisone injections and was told I’d have to come back in to speak about it and I hear someone else in the background say they don’t do it but the lady I was speaking to was still going to schedule me and waste my time to come in for them to not even do it. I had to take it upon myself to then find an orthopedic office to go to and they were great and helped me right away.
