I would about the office but not Dana. She acted liked she didnt want to be there and didn't care about me as a person. I won't ever see her again

Dana and staff are friendly and professional! She gets to the bottom of your issues, they listen to you! I was a little nervous when Andy left and getting a new doctor, no worries Dana is exceptional along with her staff!

I'm always treated with kindness and respect by Dr ketterman and her staff. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called into a room, I feel like I'm listening to, before I leave that office I feel well informed and educated about any new medicines that I might be taking. I really feel like she cares about my health and you can't find that anymore, anywhere. I always tell my family and my friends about Dr ketterman and her office staff, they treat you like family.

Dana replaced Dr Andy but I have been seeing for years. I was very comfortable with her, she did not rush through the appointment she sat and listened, and asked all the right questions. She is a nice addition to our family practice.

My first visit with Dana was a little over a week ago. I was very comfortable with her, and she listened when she asked a question. She cares about her patients and I feel she is a nice addition.

I love my doctor Dana. She is very respectful, responsive and seems to understand and genuinely care about what I am going through with my cancer and other health issues. Don’t know what I would do without her!!!

Dr Katterman is the best doctor I've ever had. She always treats me with respect and kindness always listens to what I have to say. She takes her time she never rushes me out of the office... And her staff is exceptional, I've always been able to just call up there and get my prescriptions on short notice, they're always very helpful with whatever I need.
