My wife and I think Dana Katterman is a definite keeper for your facility. It would be a GREAT LOSS for my Michigan if Dana was not a provider. Just our opinion. We really liked her friendly and caring attitude.

Dana always listens and looks at you when you're talking. She focuses on you as if you're the only person she is working with that day. She is positive and honest. She values your opinion. Both Dana and Sue, her nurse, have a personal way of making you feel good about yourself. I hope Dana stays working in Brodie Lynch's office in Standish for a very long time. I wouldn't want to see anyone else as my Healthcare provider.

Dana Katterman, NP, has been wonderful to work with. She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen without making me feel rushed. I felt genuinely cared for and supported during my visit. She explained things clearly, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. I’m very grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to my friends and family.

I would take her on as a doctor. She is very caring and so is her nurse Susan. Even though we are trying to figure out what is going on with me they are on top of finding the answers. I can be completely honest with them and the care and understanding they have is remarkable. They are amazing!

I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid and never realized how little they care until I got older. My mom found a new family doctor and I’m going to do the same. You are your OWN advocate at this office. It seems like staff doesn’t care about anyone that isn’t standing directly in front of them. I have been injured and off work and have had to fight for return of paperwork, doctors notes and basic human decency in regards to being HUNG UP ON. Being a person that NEVER complains, I am complaining about this office and staff.

Dana was able to earn the trust of my autistic child. She knew exactly how to approach him and his exam went smoothly and she was able to complete a thorough examination! Thank you Dana and staff!
