Provider was fine. I had a horrible experience trying to make an appointment. Took at least 1 month to just set an appointment because I was given so many numbers to call. First my referral letter had [Phone number withheld]. Missed a call for setting my appointment and was told to call [Phone number withheld]. I kept leaving message and didn't get another call back for a couple weeks. Now I have a message to call for my appointment and the gal even said on the message she oh boy I'm not sure what number to call and then proceeds to give me [Phone number withheld]. That wasn't correct. A month later I found out I need to call [Phone number withheld]. I really had just about give up.
