What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell my family member about the Dr. she was excellent. However, the person she has scheduling MRI testing is absolutely awful. I called my insurance company to see if she has even attempted to schedule my testing and nothing has been done. I have called twice this week to see if testing was scheduled and was told it would get done. I still am waiting for a call on a date. In the meantime time I sit in pain. Not sure how long I have to wait? Frustrated!!

Great office!. Great staff! Very friendly but professional. Dr. Rietz and Anger her assistant were fabulous! Very professional, easy to understand and understanding. Dr. Ritz took care of my problems in the same visit! No pain at all and the pain I have had for months was completely gone. I would recommend this office to anyone!!!

She has given me back my ability to walk daily in as little pain as possible with the orthotics and diabetic shoes, with Oakland Orthopedics help. Very pleasant to work with and she makes going to the doctor just a little easier, GREAT DOCTOR.

Dr. Laura is a caring, knowledgeable and thoughtful person who spends the time you need with you. She doesn't rush out of the room to the next patient. She makes sure you have all the information you need.

This was the first time I have been in this office. All the staff in the physician were friendly. I only waited about five minutes to get taken back to see the doctor. And I probably only waited 5 to 10 minutes to see the doctor. She was very friendly And professional. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

Dr. Reitz is very professional and she sees her patients on time. You don't have to wait an hour before she sees you. This is why I like her; she does not have you waiting too long.

Woman at front desk was friendly and wonderful to me. The doctor was also great. She demonstrated knowledge and care. I would highly recommend her to others.

Good place to go. But not happy with the increase in cost to have toe nails cut. It is necessary to have this done as I am unable to perform self due to eye, back and arthritis back, feet and hands. Dr. Reitz has taken excellent care of toes. [removed patient name for privacy]

Laura is the absolute best! I would recommend her to anybody and everybody. However, your front desk staff, need some extensive training. Every time I have been in your office, I have been ignored for several minutes while your staff is laughing and talking to each other, eating, playing games on the computer and absolutely making zero eye contact with the people waiting in line. People are standing at the counter, rolling their eyes and pacing. Your doctors are wonderful, your front desk staff leaves a little to be desired.
