After a procedure was told an antibiotic prescription would be forwarded to my pharmacy. This was not done. My last call to the pharmacy was 6PM on a Friday night. They indicated they hadn’t received a prescription for me. I had to go to an ER at 3 in the morning to receive treatment for my pain.

She stays on top of the situation and really knows what she is talking about and doing. She is genuinely concerned about any unnecessary pain you are going through and does her best to resolve the issue.

I started going to the doctor in November. I broke my leg and my ankle at that time. I was put in a boat. That side of the leg did heal. She cared for me great at that time. However, the opposite side of my leg is now in severe pain . I went back to the doctor and was told that everything looked great on the MRI and the x-rays. I was told if it I still was in pain and can’t walk well in next two weeks, we will have you go to another provider in our office. She Informed me they were going to call in a prescription for me at the Meijer pharmacy on Gratiot. Never called the prescription in. I called the answering service to contact the doctor and still three days later have not heard a word from anyone at this point. I’m going to get a second opinion. My husband has had excellent care with Dr Taha. We are really sad my care of my leg and ankle hasn’t been the same.

The doctor was supposed to to call a prescription in to try to help me with the pain I was having. It was supposed to to be for reducing t he e inflammation. No prescription was called in and when I contacted the office they were not helpful. It’s the weekend and I am having bought of excruciating pain. Probably will end up at E R if it doesn’t get better.

I was seen on a Thursday with a MRI to be followed up with and told to stop one medication and start another. I did not receive an after visit summary or prescription. The front desk told me to call Friday before noon if I didn’t receive it. I didn’t and so I called. I was transferred to Angel who works with Dr. Reitz. She told me Dr. Reitz had not done my chart yet. I asked for an estimate on when that happens after an appointment, because every other doctor appointment I have been to, I usually receive it within 30 minutes. Angel told me she didn’t have an estimate and Dr. Reitz would get to it when she gets to it. I would tell family and friends that in the appointment everything went as well as expected, but the post appointment follow up is the worst I have experienced from a medical practice.

The office staff was wonderful and Dr Reitz is phenomenal! She was very thorough and listened to my concerns intently. I drive 45 miles just to go to her and it is worth it!
