What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Love Jen and most the staff. I absolutely hate the on line crap they keep pushing at us. I hate that My Michigan doesn't have a convient testing schedule. Having to schedule a test multiple weeks out and drive 40+ miles 2 days in a row and miss work is not do able for most of us.

I would tell them that I received the best care I could ever ask for and more having Tawn girls my cancer caregiver. Always feel positive, thankful, and uplifted when leaving her office, both from Tawn, and her staff!

I would say - in all honesty and fairness that though throughout the years I have received good care from most of my health care providers - that Dr. Horton and the staff at Au Gres Family Clinic are the very best I have experienced. They are not only prompt and courteous - but they are friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. I feel very blessed to have them as my medical providers - ! One leaves the appointment feeling as though one has been SEEN and UNDERSTOOD by professionals - but also treated as a real human being, not just a client. They really are the best.

Jenn is almost a doctor with a heck of a lot better bedside manner! Short of seeing an actual physician, she is the best. Staff is very professional and helpful.

I truly like Tawn she is knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and she has a great bed side manor. I wish she could remain my cancer doctor because I am comfortable around her and she listens to me. I am saddened that there will be someone replacing her. Honestly I've been to other cancer docs at [ ]. The were rude and pushy even going as far as performing a biopsy on me without my consent or knowledge. Going to Dr. Horton is a breath of fresh air as far as medical care in my mind she is one of the best 👌 I really like the women who work in her office. They are nice too
