Everyone is extremely nice. Have always been seen at my appointed time (except once, but they were getting use to new computer system). Very thorough in explanations and doesn't push medicine on me that I don't want.

The staff at Oncology in Tawas Hospital is the best ever. I am treated so well and my Dr. speaks to me so I understand everything. I am listened to no matter what the question is. You never feel hurried and all my paperwork is always ready for me and my next appointment is ready at that time also. I am very thankful for the Oncology department. Thank you, [Name]

Jennifer Horton is a wonderful PA that really listens and cares about her paitents. She spends extra time to make sure we understand everything thoroughly. She keeps up on the world of medicine and usually has an answer for any questions we ask her. When we see her, we are confident that we are in her capable hands. Her office staff are wonderful also! They are very thoughful and caring too. :)

I have always had the medical treatment I needed when going to see Jennifer Horton. She is well-educated on newest treatments and medications. She spends all the time you need and will explain more fully if you don’t understand. She truly cares about her patients.
