I absolutely love going to Dr. Hortons office. Everyone there works as a team. Everyone communicates with you. I take my whole family here we won't go anywhere else. Been going here for 7 years now.

Jennifer always made sure to address and answer all my concerns. Explaining results and any procedures I might need, and /or referrals. I hope she can remain at the local AuGres office indefinitely.

Jennifer Horton PA (Tawn) is amazing and completely caring about her patients. I’m sure she is busy but I would not know it when I am there. She takes her time and really listens to everything I am saying. She is the BEST! I truly feel blessed to have her as my provider. The office staff is always terrific also.

Everyone is extremely nice. Have always been seen at my appointed time (except once, but they were getting use to new computer system). Very thorough in explanations and doesn't push medicine on me that I don't want.

She explains things thoroughly and takes her time with you but also important for me, she doesn't try to push medicine on me that I have concerns about but she does inform me about it and let's me decide and do my research and leaves the decision to me. I enjoy everyone in the office!

The staff at Oncology in Tawas Hospital is the best ever. I am treated so well and my Dr. speaks to me so I understand everything. I am listened to no matter what the question is. You never feel hurried and all my paperwork is always ready for me and my next appointment is ready at that time also. I am very thankful for the Oncology department. Thank you, [Name]

I would tell them that if you are in need of Oncology medical services take my word, this is the place to be. Everyone in all my years of being here I have been number one when I am seen. The staff here are top notch. I'm very happy with my care.
