Very kind, introduced himself, asked several questions, seemed concerned, explained the X-ray results. I was able to communicate my decline, quality of life with my low back. Following up with a MRI and consult.

Dr. Thompson doesn't seem to have knowledge or experience treating patients with conditions like MCAS or CIRS, which is contradictory to what I was led to believe when I initially made an appointment for the first time. I feel that because he hasn't had a patient with a situation similar to mine, he wants to call it anxiety and pass me off to someone else. It's frustrating that I actually have to pay money for such low-quality care that isn't helpful because he doesn't listen to me or believe the things I say.

I was a bit surprised when she pointed out that treating T2D was "kind of" a focus of her practice. It almost sounded like a sales pitch, to have me continue care there IF I had abnormal A1c results. Aside from that one statement, I was very comfortable and pleased with my interaction with Dr. Younker.

As I stated previously, he’s arrogant and intolerant. When dealing with someone who has a rare disease it is important to listen, especially when the patient is well informed about their condition. He advised he was familiar with the name but blew me off when I tried to explain what was happening. Told me it’s not possible to experience what I go through.
