She was very nice. Made me feel very comfortable. Starting over with a new doctor makes me nerves. She made me feel comfortable. She knew my life heath way back. Had all my paperwork an knew all about me. I loved that.

He is young - probably close to my age so I felt like he was current with knowledge. He was honest about answers he didn't know answers to and referred me where I could find the answers or said he would find the answers he was friendly, patient, intelligent.

I really like that we discuss things together. On a level I can understand. Michelle listen to my concerns and addresses them. Michelle is very approachable which puts me at ease.

She was so easy to talk to I was nervous about coming in because I do have some weight issues and it seems like the doctors always want to talk about your weight and I didn't feel like that that really mattered to her if I was skinny or if I was fat or whatever she didn't look down on me very good bedside manners went over everything very thoroughly a fantastic person I would wreck her recommend her to whoever

This was my first visit. She did not do any examination or discuss any of my health history. Only discussed my chronic pain in general, not where the pain is or type, etc.

I thought Dr. Paynter was great! Since I was a previous patient at SSM Hospital, I decided to do research of the clinic at Tipton. I came to the clinic to get to know the doctor and staff. Since my past health history, it has been a concern for me to select either a doctor or a nurse practitioner, I chose Dr. Paynter. To be honest I have never been a fan of nurse practitioners but if a doctor is not available, I will see a nurse practitioner.
