Dr Robbins is an excellent doctor. The nurse is very good as well. The staff getting checked in and calling to make an appointment is difficult.

He seems to be up to date on latest care, he's willing to work with non-traditional options. If he doesn't know something he will tell you that he doesn't know. I appreciate that he will give you all the facts and options for your care, but the final choice is the patient's.

He has always been truthful and made feel very comfortable and made sure I understood everything he was telling me and if I didn't he took the time to make sure I did. Same with his nurses

Dr was very clear about what surgery he would perform on me and why. Very straightforward. He said he would refer me to the pain clinic. My appointment was a week ago Wednesday but I have not heard from the pain clinic at all. I've been rather surprised at that.

dr. chen knows my pain problem and we are working together to get this under control. dr. chen seems to care more about the patient then about the money. very refreshing.
