She listened and reviewed my symptoms to begin preauthorization for a procedure I’ve had in the past. I also have another issue which she briefly looked at and referred me to an orthopedic. She has been fantastic.

I’m an informed “consumer/customer”, and I felt like he had a “set” idea in his mind about his plan of care and didn’t want to hear my concerns about that pharmacological plan. I know my body and what it can handle and what works and what doesn’t.
