I’m an informed “consumer/customer”, and I felt like he had a “set” idea in his mind about his plan of care and didn’t want to hear my concerns about that pharmacological plan. I know my body and what it can handle and what works and what doesn’t.

He is young - probably close to my age so I felt like he was current with knowledge. He was honest about answers he didn't know answers to and referred me where I could find the answers or said he would find the answers he was friendly, patient, intelligent.
