When she entered the room, she greeted me, and I initially felt welcomed. Before scheduling the appointment, she mentioned that she ādoesnāt do appointments over the phone,ā which I said was fineāassuming it was due to HIPAA regulations. She then said, āI only have two minutes, so I can step into the hall while you finish your call,ā and it was at that moment I realized she simply didnāt want me on the phone. I hung up and continued with the appointment. During the visit, she told me, āI only took this appointment because they said you needed pre-op documentation.ā I tried to clarify that this wasnāt the case, but I felt unheard once again. As the appointment went on, I sensed that she held a biased opinion based on what the front office had told her, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I was there for a pre-op visit and am happy that Dr. Younker is so keyboard and computer proficient . The SSM software interfaces with my other medical providers so that she can see all testing and previous results so readily and make recommendations and/or see results.

My doctor pretty much we have the entire family seeing her. She listens to whatever you have to say about medicationās to whatās really bothering you and she comes up with a plan with you. She explained things that the entire family can understand not Latin SSM health and Dr. Yonkers Has and hopefully always will. I save all thumbs up five stars or the highest rating I can give. Thank you, SSM health and Dr. Yonkers, phenomenal!
