Michelle Felten was very pleasant and answered my questions regarding medications. I was scheduled to see another provider who had an emergency. Michelle was gracious enough to fit me into her schedule. I am a new patient brought paper records in the prior week which were not scanned to my chart on my appointment. This was not Michelle’s fault.
