As I said before, Miss Protzman she will listen, very kind and knowledgeable. Her staff and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. Will get back to you with any health issues or find someone that can help you with other problems of health that she doesn't take care of. We love Miss Protzman as our provider.

She told me she couldn't help me anymore. She won't run no test , no blood work etc. She won't listen to me she gives me attitude. She thinks I'm lieing to her bout how I feel. I am maybe in her office 10 min. Not even.

Ginger E Protzman is a kind and very caring woman. She has always treated me with kindness and respect. She has called me on her days off if I had a test result that was abnormal or knew I was worried about the results. She is very intelligent.

Very knowledgeable and understanding. She doesn't treat me like a psyche patient. She treats me like a human that just has some mental health issues. It makes all the difference for me.

Ms. Protzman was on time with my appointment and introduced herself. Very attentive with my medical history and listened to my concerns. Very professional and friendly. I liked her right away wasn't sure who or what CNP I would end up with.

Dr. Protzman welcomed me. She asked me questions, allowed me to answer, and at times, asked follow-up questions; which reassured me she was listening. Pleasant, knowledgeable and humorous at times.
