Dr McFarland was the most patient doctor I've seen in many years (I'm a senior and I see quite a few doctors). She thoroughly checked my history first, then took all the time needed to explain my condition and the options for treatment. She is absolutely the best.

I saw Dr Streit 24 years ago for something else when he was in Janesville WI. We had a good laugh about how we have both aged etc.. he was very nice and helpful at appointment.

I like him as a provider, but there was know discussion about hammer toe, other deformities and what to do about them. My 5 minute appt consisted of, " your A1c is high. I explained about being of medication due to 4 procedures . He asked if I cut my own nails or did I have them done? I said both. He made no comment about why he asked. Pricked by feet and asked if my Primary did this. I responded no. No explanation of what he observed with me.
reminded me to work on the A1c to lower it and see you in one year unless something comes up. Now read my clinic notes. I would have had lots of questions. How am I supposed to understand these notes if we had no discussion as he said we did in the notes.
