The nurse who cared for me was also very kind, respectful and good. The receptionist was very cold, and uncaring. After waiting in front of her for her to even acknowledge me she tossed me a clipboard with a pen and said fill it out, if you are not done when they call you then you can finish it then. Not at all what I expected. She was the same way when I left. It’s such a shame to have such receptionists represent such a good doctor that way.

He had surgery so his office was running late. But they all kept me informed. I totally understand why I had a wait. And I totally understand. Dr wishau apologized a few time. And I totally understand . He is a great Dr.
