With her knowledge, she immediately made me comfortable. I have a plan to follow up and I also know how to shop for shoes and what I’m looking for. This was one of the best doctors visit I’ve had in a very long time.

I had to get a Cortisone Shot. In my foot. I stated to her that I didn’t like needles. As, she was giving me the shot she distracted me by asking me questions that wasn’t related to my visit. This eased my anxiety.

Dr McFarland was the most patient doctor I've seen in many years (I'm a senior and I see quite a few doctors). She thoroughly checked my history first, then took all the time needed to explain my condition and the options for treatment. She is absolutely the best.

She has been and always will be my podiatrist! She's the top in her field and she would be fabulous as a all around MD but I wouldn't want her to sit through more medical school to get the degree necessary! I'll keep being grateful for her skills and expertise in diabetic foot care and maintaining my ability to stay on my own two feet and out of a wheelchair.

Maria McFarland is an excellent podiatrist- very knowledgeable in this field. She answered all of my many questions. She informed me of the precautions that I need to take care of
regarding my health and food care. Maria displays a sense of care and concern for her patients. I actually had a great first visit.
