First, the parking garage is convenient to the center and it is a quick walk to the office. The reception/registration process is quick -- they are always prepared and efficient and friendly. The wait time is minimal. I saw the nurse and the nurse practitioner (Nadiene Stock) this visit. The nurse was friendly, professional, and efficient. And I was delighted to see Nadiene. She also is professional, friendly, and talking with her is so easy and informative. We discussed my lab results in a manner that I could easily understand. The physical exam was thorough. She also made sure that I scheduled my next lab procedure and visits before I left. To sum it up, Nadiene helps to make my spirits rise and for that I am appreciative and grateful.

Dr Pham never makes me feel like he's rushing me thru my visit. He's open to different options on how I can take my medication. Very happy with him.
