The entire experience was first rate from reminders of the appointment, reminders to get my blood tests before the appointment, pre-registration on-line, check-in, the friendliness and professionalism of the nurses and Dr Changela. I started to see Dr Changela two years ago shortly after we moved. She is terrific.

The medical facility is conveniently located close to the parking garage and there is easy access. Registration is easy and efficient. My oncologist and her staff are friendly and informative and the appointment was on time. Progress, test results, an examination, and future treatment/tests were discussed in depth and in a manner that was easily understood. Future appointments were scheduled before I left and this saves so much time. The lobby area and the medical exam rooms are clean and appealing. I have an excellent opinion of the oncology unit at M D Anderson -- my team is awesome.

Dr. Changela, Nadeine, and Angie are all very professional friendly and make me feel that I am very well cared for at Baptist hematology oncology. Judy and Juanita are also excellent at the job they do making sure that my records are up-to-date and my vitals are all accounted for before I see the doctor.
