All staff members were friendly and highly professional. The E- Check In process was easy to complete in the patient portal. The process upon physical check-in was smooth and efficient, yet at each step I was afforded plenty of time to ask any questions I had. Everyone took the time to listen before responding. Dr. Changela came in well prepared, addressing specifics of my symptoms and history without needing to refer to my chart. I felt that I was in very capable hands.

Parking is easy and a short walk to the clinic. Registration is handled quickly and efficiently. The nurse called me back for my appointment -- minimal wait time. Dr. Changela was prompt and went over my blood work results and my scan results in a manner that was easily understood. I have the utmost respect for my oncologist and all of the staff at Baptist South.
