Every Friday, I have my blood drawn at the South Baptist lab, and I have had every lab tech draw my blood. Each lab tech is highly trained, competent and courteous. That all apologize for having to stick me with a needle, but all are so skilled, that it has never hurt! The staff at the front desk, get me signed in efficiently and with a smile. I always thank them for being so kind and patient. Sometimes, I hear the people who check into the lab speak rudely to the staff, but the staff is always patient and polite. Thank you for hiring such an outstanding team!

The parking garage is convenient to the infusion center; just a quick walk to the building. The staff is always upbeat, friendly, professional and efficient. Registration is quick and easy; wait time is minimal. The nurses in the infusion center are so attentive, informative, and professional. Everyone works hard to make a not so wonderful process a bit more personal and enjoyable. Thank you to the staff at Baptist South.

First, there is always a convenient parking space. And once you get to the medical office, everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful. The nurses involved in your procedure and any doctors are always good to explain the procedures, what to expect, and when to be concerned. Overall, a pleasant experience for something that you really don’t want to have to go through.
