each doctor had read all the info. /test results before the appointment and looked at me and we had a conversation about the situation/treatment options without a computer screen to reference every couple of minutes.

The registration process is quick and efficient and the employees are so friendly and professional. The lobby area is large, well lit, clean and is an attractive area. Wait time is usually minimal and appointment times are set to ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner. The nurses are all friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr. Changela, the oncologist assigned to my case, is always friendly and informative. She takes the time to go over any test results and fully explains the next steps in the cancer journey. She is encouraging and optimistic but does not give false hope. I feel extremely lucky to have my care assigned to her. Check out procedure is quick -- the employees assisting with the exit process and scheduling new tests/labs/appointments are friendly and efficient.

I can spell cancer and oncology. But that is all I know about their complexity and treatment. Starting with Dr [last name] and the surgery I cannot say enough on how well that came off. Rapid discharge and swift recovery. Oncology is layered in so many drugs and interaction Dr Changela is at the helm guiding me thru. Infusion nursing support super people, professional compassionate supportive especially Alexa and Katherine. The front line support team for therapy appreciated. I had a setback with abdominal pain and was admitted using the triage call center and was rapidly admitted. Post admit Baptist. South within 24 hours hospitalist, infectious disease talked and presented Drug Bentyl which worked. Dr Changela backed the need for admission as a real risk existed with chemo no fever. This is a tremendous team of professionals working on my behalf and greatly acknowledged by myself and my wife.
