The appointment was on time, the office so easy to get to. I was able to walk right next door for bloodwork. MMS. Stock was very thorough and explained everything to me. Overall a good experience.

I was seen even before my appointed time. The medical assistant was very friendly and personable. The PA did not waste my time nor money on medical tests that would not change the recommended treatment method.

My appt was with Nadiene Stock. She listened to me, very carefully listening. It matters as so often that just is not the case. She went over my labs and tests in detail, in easily understood language, and answered any questions I had. Even though, in my case, there is no definite diagnosis I left feeling reassured as did my husband. The staff at the check-in and check-out desks were also very pleasant and cheerful. Small things can make a difference and so I'll also mention that your facility is nice and clean.

Everyone is friendly, helpful, compassionate, efficient, and professional. From checking in to completing the visit, the staff make sure that the visit is as pleasant as possible. The reason for the visit is explained and any test results are reviewed and evaluated with the patient. Future procedures/recommendations are discussed. It is a pleasure to be in the care of M D Anderson Cancer Center.
