The doctor explained my scans in an easy to understand manner. He took his time and answered my questions. Very comfortable communication.

Patrick Regis, APRN, was great. Explained relevant health status; asked pertinent questions; answered all my queries to full understanding. Excellent visit. Office staff and health techs are great. Baptist MDA, both South and Downtown, have been the best.

The Quality of Care at Baptist was first rate. They kept us informed every step of the way and the staff was professional and pleasant. The "My Chart" feature allows complete access to all of the Medical Records and is very User Friendly.

We met Patrick Regis, APRN, for the first time. What a wonderful man! This appointment was in-person and was simply a semi-annual check in. We had a wide ranging medical discussion with some person conversation thrown in. He is so compassionate and kind. As usual, Shermeeka, the nurse was her usual delightful self! We're looking forward to the next telephealth appointment in 6 months. Baptist/MD Anderson is always 5 stars!
