How easy each person in the office is to talk to. The time and explanation that Dr. Ross took with me explaining what a heart ablation was. He even left the room and returned with his phone and showed me a video if what the procedure would be like. The clear explanation and details put me at ease.

As with all Baptist Medical faculties here on Fleming Island, their entire organization makes all aspects of the service easy, efficient, very accurate administered by cheerful, friend, component staff. The patient's needs are taken care of.
