Dr Ross explains things so clearly. Also takes time with you even called me after hours to explain something he missed. Appointment time short waits never sat more than 15-20 minutes.

What's not to like? The staff everyone was so respectful and gracious. I used to hate hospitals. I definitely don't mind baptists. If I could, I'd put 'em all on my Christmas list.

All of my doctors offices are at Baptist South. When in the hospital the doctor or hospital can pull my health information off of My Baptist Chart. The hospital service was very good. I got fast attention checking in, interviewed and admitted to the hospital. The nurses were very good. The assistants that helped with vitals, trips to bathroom, straightening socks and sheets Etc, were excellent. The food was fair. The service was very good and friendly. There was a long day at time of discharge but I was kept well informed.

The office is run well. From the first encounter to the last, everyone is upbeat, professional and interested in helping. My appointment with Dr. Ross was most helpful.
