The office is run well. From the first encounter to the last, everyone is upbeat, professional and interested in helping. My appointment with Dr. Ross was most helpful. He was prepared to meet with me by knowing my history and could provide a reasonable plan for next steps. the area is clean and well maintained. I noticed that the atmosphere rubs off on friendly manners among patients working for their appointments.
