Dr. Ross proved that he reviewed my case before seeing me in the clinic. He had an impressive bedside manner and cared about what I had to say regarding my condition. I feel like I was part of the treatment decisions, and he didn't force any type of testing or treatment on me. The office is very nice and organized.

I had such an amazing experience at the heart hospital, Amanda, the flex nurse was great as was Sandy, Rochelle, Michael, Sarah and Dr. Ross. The staff was so professional with a sense of humor and the Medtronic representative was very informative. I would not hesitant to recommend the services I received, the setting was so clean and modern.

Doctor did a good job of explaining my health issues and choices of treatment. I appreciate how responsive your system is. Called me next day after seeing my Primary Doctor who put in a referral. Obtained Cardiology appointments much sooner than I expected to then evaluate my condition and schedule surgery.
