I was ver nervous to tell my provider I no longer had insurance and had missed of few doses of my MS medication. Dr. Gerwitz was so understanding and is going to help with getting my medication. After my visit I felt much less overwhelmed with my health insurance situation.

I’m sorry I forgot the name of the assistant that did all of the initial tests but he was such a kind, caring man. Prior to coming in I had some bad news on top of having to put a pet put down the week before then the receptionist saying I was no longer covered by Medicaid (I checked when home & I was still covered) I was very depressed but the assistant changed my whole day by being genuinely caring, supportive and even making laugh. I am so grateful to him. He should be commended, thank you.

Dr. Taguchi’s assistants are always pleasant and clear with instructions on tests.
Dr. Taguchi is extremely knowledgeable and explains all test results. She answers all questions and makes patients comfortable. She has medical knowledge and a fabulous personality.

Renown has been my lifeline since my TAVR, Stent, multiple strokes, neurology for my eyes and brain. They have taken very good care of me. Very nice, friendly and helpful.

Dr Bloch is kind and thorough. She appealed my insurance’s decision to change my medication although it was working. New medication did not work and symptoms increased to multiple days. I appreciate her listening and validation.

The doctor was very caring about my situation and had a list of things for us to continue to try so we could figure it out. I didn't have to request it. And being somebody with an autoimmune disease, it was wonderful. He is fabulous and I will be referring other people to him. Thank you.

Dr Spivack and his medical assistant Destinee make my mom's appointments as easy, direct, informative and helpful as is possible. They respond quickly to any communications in-between appointments, and treat my mother and my dad (who attends appointments in person as I do with them virtually) with respect, sincerity and confidence. I very much appreciate their professionalism, their willingness to educate us and to provide excellent care.

I see Dr. Crowder for my epilepsy and she always makes me feel so comfortable and listen to. I really like going to see her and would recommend her to anybody that needed a neurologist.

Going to Renown has always been a good experience for me.
Everyone is polite and very helpful.
I began going there when it was still named Washoe Medical Center many years ago.
It has been interesting to watch all the building and improvements and they're not done yet. Renown you are looking great!

Every person working in the office was helpful, performed their job well, and treated me and my husband respectfully. The amount of time the doctor spent with us was not hurried or overly complicated. Also, as he explained my test results and other reports, he verified our understanding of the results or any possible implications. I am very confident in the quality of the care I have received from this doctor and staff.

Dr. Truong is a wonderful person and doctor. He’s very easy to talk with and has a wealth of knowledge on the subject of neurology. He had a student there that visit, which was interesting and fine with me. I like Dr. Truong a lot and he is very professional in his work.
He explains what the treatment is and how he plans for it to proceed. Definitely a 10!!
