I thought the entire staff, starting with the receptionist all the way through with the medical assistant who was wonderful, and I believe the gal's name was Diana, who was the medical student, along with Dr. Davila. Everybody was just wonderful. And it was kind of a nervous situation for me, and they were just incredibly kind, thoughtful, and informed. Thanks for the good care.

Dr. Spivack is the best without a doubt. He listens, he knows his patients, he cares and he knows what to do. I’m so glad I found him many years ago! Thankful he is here in Reno!

Excellent Staff ! Reception staff was courteous. M/A was very friendly. Dr . Getwitz is the best. . Answered all my questions and concerns with patience and concern. Never felt rushed.

Dr. Troung seems friendly and competent in his role. It was only my second visit with him and I brought my wife with me this time. We both thought he was good. I will be back.

Dr Spivack is a 5 star physician. I would give him 100 stars. He takes time to listen to my concerns and explains everything clearly. I felt respected, cared for and never rushed during my visit.

Dr. Troung was all I could ask for in a doctor. He listened to me, made notes but was always attentive, and explained what I didn’t understand. His professionalism was outstanding, but maintained a comfortable atmosphere.

Dr. Taguchi is amazing. She took time to familiarize herself with my history provided by my referring MDs. My exam and her findings were thoroughly explained to me. She was patient, reassuring, and took time to address all of my concerns. We are fortunate to have her practicing in our community!!!

I was late due to the construction on Mill Street. I was advised that they had a 10-minute late policy and I might not be able to be seen but they were able to fit me in an hour later which was great. However, the 10 minute late policy was brand new information to me as there had been nothing verbally or in writing about it prior to me arriving in the office.

Dr. Spivack at Renown Neurology is the absolute best doctor that I have. He's kind. He listens and doesn't push everything off that you say like you don't know what's going on. He takes into account how you feel. He knows your medical history. He, I mean, he knows mine and it's extensive. I don't know that you could improve it because I absolutely think that Dr. Spivack is the best doctor I've had in probably 40 years. That's it. He can't be, he can't be any better. He's the best. So just keep doing what you're doing.

Dr. Truong was extremely helpful. He was very familiar with Jim's medical history. He spent about an hour with us and answered all of our questions. We felt very grateful and comfortable with Dr. Truong.

Dr. Spivack is fantastic! I was worried my condition was getting worse and he took his time, performed a series of tests and told me exactly what was going on. He assuaged my fears and told me exactly what to do and what to look for. Really like Dr Spivack, have been going to him for years and will definitely keep doing so. Thank you so much Dr Spivack!
