We got the appointment at Renown 5 to 8 in the morning on Mill Street. We get all the way up there and they tell us that doctor works down at Renown down, way down on Double R Boulevard. So I had to get in the car again and drive all the way down there. You guys have a terrible people that get you, they don't announce where you're supposed to go to the doctor. And they don't even tell us ahead of time. Most doctors call us a week in advance and tell us that we had their appointment. We'll try to find another doctor.

I’m 61 years old. I’ve been to many doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Jonathan Spivack is likely the best doctor I’ve seen. He is a well of wisdom, a patient listener, thorough, and compassionate. Trust takes time to establish between people. In only two visits I trust Dr. Spivack as my physician.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Dr. Crowder and her Assistant were both first class!! Feel very blessed to be in Sr. Care Plus and having access to the best hospital/health organization in the State of Nevada.

I love Dr. Crowder. She is so precise with my health issues. She is caring, and empathetic as well. She always wants to do more to help me than is out of her medical specs. Wouldn’t trust anyone else . Thank you Dr. Crowder.

I originally saw Dr. Spivak appx 15 years ago when I 1st was diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy. After 2 years I had to switch due to changes in my Insurance carrier. Once I retired I changed back to Dr. Spivack thru Medicare. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Always addressing all my concerns.
Office staff is personable and efficient. I had a new symptom since my annual exam and they got me in within 2 weeks!

The girl who does the Botox scheduling is not compassionate. I have had trouble with her 3 times.
Front Desk girls are wonderful.
Provider and assist are the best.

Dr. Truong is very friendly and nice. He is new in the job, so he seems cautious
in his approach to treatment. I think he will be fine once he gets more comfortable with the job. He’s going to be great.

Dr. Vitorovic did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and offering feedback. He was patient and empathetic. He got me in for a test that same day, and even had staff walk me to the clinic! I appreciated this extra effort and care.

I was surprised by how quickly we were seen for our appointment upon arrival. Dr. Bloch was kind, willing to listen, asked numerous questions to get a better understanding of what was happening, and genuinely seemed interested in my health care. Definitely left feeling heard, and most importantly taken care of. I feel confident in my treatment plan going forward.

Dr Troung is Awesome! Best care I've ever received from a medical care provider. He discusses and addresses all of my concerns. He's constantly available by email in between appointments. He and his staff always respond within 24 hours. I'm grateful.
