For the first time in 2 years a doctor, this doctor, was able to tell me that I did not have Neuropathy. She told me that the symptoms in my legs were coming from my Lumbar area. I'll be working with Boston Signtific to see what can be done with the implant I have that is supposed to help with pain.

I took a medical Uber to the appointment but he was quite late for the pickup. I called the office asking how late I could be and still have the appointment. They were very helpful and I did make it in time.
The doctor had a student following her and both were very considerate of my extreme light sensitivity. The lights were off and the blinds closed.

The doctor took time with me to explain my disease and I learned so much about treatment options , vitamins that conflicted with my treatment, and things to be aware of about having a crisis. I walked away feeling better about my disease and things that I can do to improve the quality of my life.

Though Dr. Chysna has some interesting mannerisms, we can tell he is definitely very intelligent and interested in his patients. He took the time to ask me several very careful questions and connect to practical referrals that could help improve some of my issues. I appreciated that.

I am very happy that Renown has started offering neurology services at the south Meadows campus. I used to have to actually drive past it to get to the main campus.

The staff- starting with the front desk, and then Destiny, and then Dr. Spivack were all very attentive to my mother's needs, and helped facilitate my father joining her in the room while I joined remotely. He was clear, direct, focused, and this gave my mother confidence in the process- which she has not previously had.
